Breakfast was good. I just have muffin and coffee every morning, they're fresh.

The room had a strong odor and we thought it was probably due to water.

The room air conditioning blew right over the bed. It was not as cold as I like. Room had NO long term items. No silverware, no pots, no pans, no bowls. Had to beg for a pot that they eventually found in the back storehouse. The rest of the utensils were "On Backorder!". That didn't help very much. WE were placed on the top floor in a Handicap Room. We do not like Handicap rooms. Several LOUD neighbors (same group night after night), with barking dogs. My wife stuck her head out into the hall and saw that a neighbor had thrown a salad all over the hall floor (she called the main desk to ask them to come and clean up the mess (they did by the morning)). I did ask a elevator rider how long she had been at this Extended Stay and she commented, "A Long Time". We kept seeing the same people and dogs camped by the front door. Had the impression that this place was a designated homeless shelter.

Staff in including housekeeping very friendly. Everyone said good morning. Beds super comfortable.

Not too far from major roads but also just far enough from traffic and noise to feel calmer than the city.

Much of the common areas and particularly any stairwell smelled of weed. Not the worst thing in the world. Just an odd thing to consistently walk into. Also your website says dining and cookware provided in every room yet I had to hunt down some poor front desk worker to gather those things for me. Either provide them in the room or don’t bother.
