Great location for people on the road and stop-by location for a short-term stay!

Good location, clean facility, friendly staff. The breakfast was good. Overall highly recommended. Good price for the quality of services!

The breakfast, the room location.

The tub was to be handicap accessible, was very hard to get in and out, without bar on inside of shower area.

Ok but to far from our entertainment not the hotel fault it was Booking.com

The smell of the chlorine from the pool was very strong. The breakfast didn’t look very good so we left and ate somewhere else

Location was convenient and stuff was friendly. Rooms were smaller than other Best Westerns..Breakfast was also not as great as other locations.

Not a good experience for sleeping. I was more tired when I left and when I got there.

My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

There was no staff at the desk when I entered there was no staff at the desk when I left. There was a birthday party at the pool when I arrived, and I was placed in the room directly across the hall from the party. I could hear the screaming kids and the foul language from the parents sitting in the lobby. I asked for a different room and was moved to the second floor. Something was wrong with the air conditioner and it made a horrible sound when it first started up so it woke me up all night long. After traveling for 10 hours to get there I had hoped to get a good nights sleep and that just didn’t happen.

We’ve stayed here a lot, and this was by far our worst experience

how easily accessible it is to the interstate

our bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. we had to get a plunger to unstop the toilet before we could even use it. the tv and air conditioner wouldn’t work. and the lady at front desk just didn’t seem to care

Clean hotel right off the highway

Clean, breakfast was good, pool clean

Shower broken no hot water, barely hot , told the staff, she did offer us to switch rooms right then, but we were leaving for a funeral, she said she would have someone look at it, but that never happened ice machine was broken on both bottom and second floor so you had to go to 3rd floor rooms are clean and fridge is large for a hotel

Great friendly clean place to crash for a night!

I loved the personal touch! I jokingly asked for a photo of Jeff Goldblum to be by my bed and the staff accommodated hahaha My pets both enjoyed their stay as well and were welcomed and very comfortable! Wifi was super fast, got to catch up on House of Dragons. Breakfast looked good but I wasn’t hungry so didn’t have a chance to get anything.

I wish the pet floor was on the first floor to make going outside a little easier but it wasn’t so bad. I kept getting woken up by some sort of tornado siren? I would Google each time to see if a tornado watch or warning was in effect but there never was. No clue where it was coming from either!

comfort and cleanliness

i spoke to a lady that had our reservations all up in the air and wouldn't answer or comply with anything I asked. we went round and round and she had me so agitated. the next day spoke to someone different and she answered all my questions and didn't understand why the one before couldn't just do what I asked and why she told me my reservations were different than what they truly were
