The location was as we expected and it really helped. It allowed us to remain parked at our hotel while we could freely walk the Gatlinburg strip without the worry of parking. It also allowed us to be able to call for outside service food delivery which was good as well. The room was clean, linens changed every day. The breakfast although continental saved us money of going out to eat every morning allowing more funds for other things.
The internet was not of the greatest, it would not allow me to check on my emails, and I had to constantly resign in. This also did not allow me to check pricing for things to do around the area such as dinner theatres and restaurants

Convenient location could walk everywhere
The elevator was broke and we were on 3rd floor. Also the pool needs a heat that water was cold

Old and dirty carpet on the hallway, old bad sheets.

Location, staff, breakfast
There were several cleanliness issues that significantly impacted my stay. The carpet in the hallway smelled strongly of urine, and the AC unit emitted an unpleasant odor. The bedding, including the sheets and pillowcases, looked yellowed and did not appear fresh or properly laundered. Additionally, there were numerous fruit flies throughout the room. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
