Loved the location!
Indoor pool was great!
Bathtub wouldn’t drain.
Shower head and faucet both ran while taking a shower.

The location and facilities were perfect. The view was beautiful. The pool/hot tubs, breakfast, and staff were nice.
Heating/AC unit. The first night it was quite chilly and the next night it got pretty hot in the room. It was hard to adjust to a comfortable setting.

Breakfast was good with lots of variety. The kids loved the pool.
Parking was super tight for a suburban. Could barely open my door to get out. Bathroom was outdated and old. Elevators took a long time.

Fridge and microwave were included and we were able to get fresh towels anytime. The brand of shampoo, conditioner and lotion they provide smelled amazing. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a good selection and stocked daily. Location is within walking distance of so many attractions and restaurants.
The elevators took a long time to get to you. The mirrors around the jacuzzi tub (ugh).
8.0
The location was close to the main strip and other available attractions. On site parking was perfect for our needs. General areas and room were clean.
The mattress in the room could use an update as you could feel the springs. The AC/heater unit in the room would run passed the desired temperature at times making it far too hot or cold.

Parking spaces were way too small

Location
Was a bit overcrowded

We loved the location, walking to all the attractions, shopping and restaurants.
The lobby was great but the rooms had a musty smell to it. No towels in the room. Pool area was great but wish there was more seating available and the hot tubs need a good clean. Also the breakfast was just about the same thing every day and the staff was kind of rude and started clearing exactly 5 minutes before end time glaring at everyone to get out 🙄

We liked the location of the property as it was very convenient for the strip. Pool was very popular by our 7 children’s we took on a trip with us.
Elevators took forever, we sat at one waiting for 13 minutes (couldn’t do stairs, we had 2 wagons and a stroller). Room cleanness wasn’t up to my standards we checked in and there was a few things I noticed that were not cleaned/ picked up from cleaning crew. Beds were not super comfy we all had a bit of trouble sleeping. Parking garage is not only scary but also very tight. No big vehicles, due to the tightness of it & people double park because spaces are SO tight so not as many available parking due to it. Floors are very slippery outside of elevators. We arrived at breakfast at 6:58 and took a seat with children knowing we had to wait a few more minutes to start getting food (which the entrance wasn’t blocked off) and a lady came out with very bad attitude and told us we had to go and rolled her eyes (my husband who ignores people who are like that even mentioned it and how he didn’t appreciate her attitude seeing we had multiple children who just needed to take their seats). Front desk ladies were super kind the best people I interacted with the entire trip.also the balcony my almost 3 year old 11 month old could fit clearly through the bars (stayed on river side) so the balcony wasn’t used at all which was a bummer due to we booked river to be able to enjoy the surroundings. We would watch our children on balcony but the fear of something happening so quickly turned us away from it.

I loved the hotel and everything around it
The wait for the elevator

Location is great! Big FREE breakfast. Pool, hot tub, and patio area was cute! Nice views from private patios!
Elevator took forever! Overall, very nice for an older hotel.

The location was the best and main reason why we chose this hotel, it was close and in walking distance to everything. The little river in front of the hotel was beautiful and made for great pictures. The continental breakfast was good and the front desk staff was friendly.
The room size was small and the smell from the chlorine from the pool quickly got trapped in the room and lingered. The bathroom was also very small. The beds were very uncomfortable, very hard and stiff ( I did not get much sleep).

The room and tub were very nice. The location is perfect, close to everything.
Waiting for the elevator. We were on the 8th floor.

Location
Our room had mold, smelled like musty mold, had an allergic reaction, and had to cancel my stay. It was awful.

Pool and hot tubs was great. Room felt cosy. Plenty of towels first go around. Loved that for sure. Wonderful location.
Whole hotel was a bit out dated, and worn. Peeled tile, ceiling coming undone in a few spots, vending machines not taking card.

The motel was clean beds where nice pool was great.
There no parking at all had truck had no where to park most cars that was parked on double line to keep from other car being so close . Worst parking ever. We go to Gatlburg once month and this the worst one we will not be back to this one.

Location and view of the river and city.
Parking spaces are tight even for a small sedan. Fortunately the hotel occupancy was low after new years so it wasn't a major issue.

The location was great
The bed was very uncomfortable, the water didn’t get hot and the ac/heat unit didn’t work properly.

loved the convenience of the propriety. Within walking distance of everything. Very clean.
I wished I had seen some type of signs telling me that there was no outlet to the parking deck other than the entrance. The parking deck was definitely difficult to maneuver. But over all was a good place to stay. I would stay again.

the location, the staff and the cleanliness was great.
The parking garage is very tight and hard to get through.
