Wonderful experience!

Loved how clean our room was. Quiet and relaxing. I had surgery on Friday and felt so comfortable recovering in my room.

It was pleasant

It was clean and the rooms were great. The breakfast was great also.

The biggest disappointment was the pool being closed. With 3 little kids we look for places with pools. I wish if the pool was not useable it would be updated on the website.

Other then the drainage issue and the rude staff member everything was great

The environment was clean, very nice, & felt safe.

I was traveling with my family a total of four I made it too check in the hotel around 10pm from SeaWorld, so it was straight to the shower we went I notice the drainage in the tub wasn’t working as I started to clean the tub (I always sanitize and put my own clean to any room) so I approached the front desk and notified the staff member that was working(African-American woman with a low hair cut) she phoned maintenance & proceeded to locate a snake which she suggested I use to unclog the tub. After I told her that was not my job I’m the guest I paid to be properly accommodated she gave me a puzzled look while shrugging her shoulders basically indicated that it’s not her problem if I wasn’t going to snake out whatever was clogging up the tub myself it wasn’t going to get done. I don’t feel that was the proper way to handle the situation even though she was overwhelmed with how busy it was in the hotel but that’s no reason to lack good customer service skills.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The entire hotel was immaculate. We will be back next time we visit family .

Pool closed . However they did have an option to use the gyms across the street

Excelente lugar, sin duda volvería.

La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación estratégica, hay un walmart a 5 min caminando, habitaciones modernas y comodas. El desayuno es sencillo pero rico. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Todo bien, excelente. El unico detalle fue que me tocó cerrada la alberca por reparación, pero no hubo problema por ello. Se me cargo en la tarjeta 45 usd por deposito en el caso de adquirir algún servicio, que se reembolsará si no se utiliza. No decía en la descripción del alojamiento y me asuste al ver el cobro, pero me fue explicado en recepción.

Posizione ottima, Walmart e altre attivita' vicine 5 min a piedi, ma la cosa piu' fantastica di questo hotel ,nelle camere non c'e' la moquett . Un abbraccio a Mary della reception che non mi ha lasciata sola a brindare per il nuovo anno , non ha bevuto ma e' stata meravigliosa, grazie.

Ho scelto questo hotel perche' ho visto la piscina interna, poi pero' arrivata li era chiusa per manutenzione, comunque hotel nuovo

For the price I paid, I would’ve expected a little bit more attention to detail.

It was in a ok area, not a lot of people from what I seen. Stores were close and not busy at all. The bed was soft and clean.

The actual hotel looked clean but was not. Doors and handles hadn’t been wiped down. You could see stains from coffee or juice on the doors and closets. The pool had so much chlorine you couldn’t breathe when you opened the door to walk in. So the indoor pool was a waste if you can’t swim in it. There are no microwaves in the rooms so the staff had to heat my food. Yes, take it to the back of kitchen and do who knows what because you can’t see them. The next day a microwave was put on a cart. I was told the girl probably couldn’t pick it up to put on the cart the night before. It wasn’t heavy at all so staff just didn’t feel like it. The breakfast wasn’t hot once you put it on your plate. No microwave at breakfast. Breakfast times change depending on the day. So three day stay, three different times. Breakfast was not good at all. They made French toast and waffles on different days but cooked them to a crunch. No flavor or taste. If all you serve is breakfast at least make sure it’s good. Only three baggage carts for the whole hotel which I later saw are left on different floors. So we had to carry our bags in two trips to the sixth floor.

Not a bad place overall but have had better experiences at other locations.

Breakfast was sub par to other hotel offerings. Placement of utensils, plates, etc. Was awkward. Worst eggs ever.slow on refilling everything.

Food. Furnishings ok. Sofas uncomfortable.

Great place to stay!!!

Everything was phenomenal!! The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious! They have a variety of foods to choose from. Great location ample parking space and GREAT staff! I will stay here again without doubts!

Coffee in the rooms was decaf only. I will suggest having regular coffee as an option

Amazing Job Hyatt Palce.

Everything about this facility was phenomenal. We stayed for 2 nights(thurs-Sat) in a king room with a sofa bed, which my 6 yr old was absolutely ecstatic about. Our AC was set to 69 when we arrived, so we arrived in a cold room, which is exactly how we like it. The TV swivels between the bed area and the couch area. Bring a laptop if you have kids that will be sleeping on the sofa bed as the TV is right in the middle of the 2. The bathroom was spotless. No stains or anything that raised concerns anywhere in the room. I worked remote Friday morning and had no issues with the WiFi. I was able to enjoy the great hotel breakfast while I worked as well. Hotel staff was very tentative and friendly. Will book this hotel in the future for our visits to San Antonio.

My main ick was other loud guests sitting in the lobby cutting up. But this is out of the facilities' control. I'm all for a good time, but I also feel ppl should be considerate. The room also did NOT have a microwave. There is definitely room for one to be added, so I would suggest considering adding them to the rooms.

Stay was great.

Breakfast was great. The staff was kind and helpful. The overall stay was good, but the staff made up for the lack of parking. Great location.

The shower and bathroom was older. The bed was very uncomfortable. The elevator was creeky and scary to ride on. Clean room, but not worth the price.

Everything was great!

The breakfast was incredible and the staff was so nice and accommodating - even with all the kids running around! They were extremely patient.

The elevator was a little scary lol
