price is extremely high for quality.
checked into one room and moved to another after the (taped up) window blind fell and the summer sun was beaming through to another room that has a terrible tile grout job with loose and broken tiles throughout - needs dusted and vacuumed.

It was simple. Not fancy or fake.
Breakfast could have had more options. But it was good for what it was.

The day shift front desk woman was absolutely wonderful and amazing. Very kind and attempted to fix issues
Room was a lot smaller than advertised. The beds were unkempt and just made sloppy with no effort. The fold out couch had a already been slept on dirty fitted sheet on it. The air conditioner was not working properly. Temp stayed between 78-80 and could not be adjusted. Called down to desk twice and received no help, this was around 9p and 1a. Heat Index yesterday was 109.itwas too hotel to be without air and we had 3 small kids with us

No hot water in the morning till 12 ..I went the front desk and wait for someone come talk to me .. there’s no one was in the front desk.. when I asked them about the hot water they said they wait for their manager answer the call..

They are having some staffing problems and several things were out of order. A new manager I’m sure is going to turn that around.

It was not clean to my expectations. I had to clean the shower of hair. We did not get a quick room service in between days…more coffee, towels, the trash taken out. The keys were finicky and never worked for the side door access. Lastly, breakfast was not timely.

STILL WAITING ON A REFUND.
The hotel staff said that had to be done through Booking.com to get a refund. Booking.com said they’d reach out to the hotel.
The hotel manager said it’s done through Priceline.
Still no $$.
We spent $200 & had nowhere to sleep.

My stay was exceptional! I couldn't ask for a more perfect location! My job was right up the street, I walked that morning! Very clean and comfortable..
Well the elevator was broken that week, so I had to carry my bags up the stairs. To the second floor 😳. There wasn't a tub but a huge luxury shower. I really can't complain!

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good. The hotel was in a excellent location for what we were in the area for. Super, Super friendly staff!!!!
In the 1st room that I was assigned, the window shade was broken. So I called, and we were moved to a new room. That window shade was also broken and would not go up, but at least it closed and provided privacy. So I decide not to say anything else. The room stated that it slept 6, but there is no way my son would have been able to sleep on that pull out sofa bed. It was terrible.

Perfect job location! Pet friendly and had hot breakfast in the mornings! It was VERY CONVENIENT!!

I am disabled and my room was on the 4th floor, and the elevator was out!!!! They said the hotel was booked and they had no other rooms. I have had nothing but trouble with Holiday Inn on this vacation, once in Wiliams, AZ and now in Sand Springs, OK. I won't be staying at any Holiday Inn Resorts for awhile. I am very dissatisfied!!!!

The breakfast was excellent. The food choices were great and there was at least one person keeping it all stocked and fresh. The rooms were clean and quiet. The TV worked just like normal and the location is pretty good compared to some in Tulsa.
The shower knob wasn't working right and the water was only coming out HOT with no way to turn it cooler without turning it off. This building could also use more elevators so you didn't have to wait so long to get up and down.

smell of marijuana in the elevator. I’m aware that there is no smoking but it smelled like someone was smoking
