Our room had a problem and I had to wait in the lobby for 90 min while one person tried to figure out a solution. Another family was doing the same. We were told there were no more rooms, and then a manager appeared and gave us a more expensive room that was available. Why lie? It was 10pm and we had been driving all day and were tired.
Hotel was fine, but the problem was not handled well which left us in the lobby.
