Absolutely nothing! Very low budget in the hood!
Everything! People walking around all night couldn’t never use the room key because the door had mechanical issues! Woke up the next morning to a roach in the bathroom

Although the refrigerator in my room was inoperative upon arrival, the maintenance person troubleshot quickly. He ,Teri, helped locate room that had working equipment and helped move my things. He was key in making my stay a positive experience. His attention to detail was a great reflection on At Home Inn.
Each person at the front desk was courteous, polite and nonjudgmental when I needed a key replacement.
The support staff was courteous, friendly and accommodating to needs, whether to not be disturbed or needing coffee packets refilled.

Cheap suites.
The manager/owner refused to extend my stay. I paid for the most expensive room there and am considered a very good tenant and I have always gotten back my security deposits with no issues. But the manager saw me and immediately said she would not extend my stay and I had to leave because years ago I had too many visitors while I stayed there. What's even worse is I am not who she keeps claiming me to be. I literally had this conversation with her a year or so back and she even checked me in because she agreed it may not be me. But suddenly she is so sure that I am the person she thought years ago and refused my stay after I had already been there for 2 days because I had plumbers working at my house. It's ridiculous that she would kick me out after I had already been there for days and had no visitors come to the room. I always stay in the nicest rooms and am a high paying customer but she tells me to leave immediately because she knows I'm the same person that "a long time ago" had too many people come to the property. If she is the owner like she claims then she obviously has the worst business sense ever to turn away your highest paying clients. I will never stay there again and it was incredibly embarrassing for her to argue with me and kick me out for no reason other than she thinks I am the same person. Even if I had guest come to her property it should be considered a good thing right?

Made me feel welcome and safe away from home.

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the fridge and microwave were much appreciated. The pool looked nice but I didn’t use it. No sign of any bugs, and I was on the ground floor.
The tub/shower surface is very slippery - no grab bars if you were to fall.

Quiet room at the back. Roomy and clean. Very comfortable. Close to parking with easy access for luggage. Despite heavy rains the room was a welcome sight and relaxing.
Highway under construction making hotel entrance difficult to find and with construction vehicles in the front lobby extra parking access was slightly restricted. Heavy rains tried to dampen our spirits.

Didn’t see any breakfast
My bed sheets were nasty. They hadn’t been changed from the last person who stayed, so for me I will not stay at any of your hotels again . Thank you but no thank you.

The staff was really friendly. The rooms were clean. And it was only a 20 min drive from the beach. They had an on sight washer and dryer. It was quiet which was important to me because I have two little ones.
