Quiet. Easy to locate. Clean
Resort is a stretch. It was like stepping back in time to the 50s but again it was clean and orderly.

Quiet, private lakeshore. Outdoor spaces were planned well. Cabin was clean! Kitchen - had everything a person really needs. Beds were comfy. Love the pillows and bedcovers! A lovely place to unplug. But there is Wi-Fi if desired. We wanted to unplug and we did!

Very comfortable but quaint cottage, right next to Lake Superior. It was lovely!
Shower needs a little more water pressure, but this was not a problem, just a preference.

There was no breakfast that I was aware of.
It was a bummer we could not have a fire but it was totally understandable.

Site seeing around the area. The restaurants. Beautiful areas. Our little red cabin and ice cream that was left in the freezer for us by the owner 😊
Can't think of anything that we were disappointed! Except having to leave.

We enjoyed our stay. Very pleasant people and very helpful. Beach was minimal but I love the cabin and being able to have a fire every night was great

Great location, extremely accommodating staff. Were in touch with us before and during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Cottage has seen some years structurally (uneven floors, etc.), yet was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained inside and out, so age just added charm. Will definitely return!

Old-fashioned cabin-resort conveniently located between Ashland and Washburn on Chequamagon Bay (Lake Superior). Easy drive to anywhere in the Bayfield area. I enjoyed the 1960's "up north" rustic ambiance, but some might not. I do believe there are more "modern" cabins on the property.

It was great, nothing to not like

We loved the space, very clean, comfy and cozy. Everything was in good working condition. We love staying in cabins, this one was close to the waters edge. The kitchen had most anything you'd need for cooking. The linens were very comfortable.
The beds were soft, the couch was tired.

Very quiet location with individual cabins. clean and well equipped kitchen including foil, plastic wrap, etc. Family run and wonderful hospitality. Very responsive communication by text without being intrusive. Private and quiet. Loved that they provided firewood for a campfire and a grill, charcoal and lighter fluid.
Our cabin was very rustic and outdated but very clean and comfortable. They are making upgrades and new cabins being built.
