Would recommend it to others and stay there again.

Location was great. We could walk into Zion and catch shuttle at visitor center. Room was very nice. Hotel was next to the Virgin River, and that was great sitting by the river. The different pools at the hotel were very nice.

Great location and hotel

Very close to national Park entrance and 10min walk to park visiter centre. Can start the Watchman Trailer from the hotel. The room itself was very spacious, just by river and the pool/jacuzzi. The food at dinner at breakfast Was also excellent. The Staffel very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed

Great location.

The big pool was not heated and was freezing. When asking the staff why the pool is not heated I was told that they will turn on the heater and it should be warmer in couple of hours. The day after when we went to the pool the water was freezing again and when complaining again to the staff I was told that the heater is broken and they are very sorry. The kids were extremely disappointed.

Beautiful views and helpful staff

The view from our room was beautiful. It was walking distance to Zion Park. The staff was very helpful, they kept making sure our stay was wonderful

The service was excellent!

Great location, wonderfully helpful staff. Deer and Hummingbirds everywhere. Beautiful views.

Second floor stairs only, no handicap allowance.

The location cant be beat. Just outside the park on the virgin river with beautiful grounds.

The grounds were well kept and beautiful. It is within walking distance of the Zion Park shuttle service.

I was told because I booked via a booking service instead of directly with the hotel, we got a room in a bad location. The door of our room opened onto the parking lot. The main road through town was 12 feet from our door. The restaurant staff was not friendly; actually abrupt.

no one offered to help carry our luggage up the flight of stairs to 403. Would have been hard for my mother to do without me. Place was nice but had potential to be even better. Spend a little money and make a nightly fire, or have stores ingredients in the lobby. Buy lawn games like big Jengo blocks, frisbees, large chess board, etc so more people hang out down by the river.

Great location and amenities!

The restaurant was delicious, the location is beautiful, staff were very friendly, and the 5 Petals Spa was wonderful!! We are Hilton Honors members and they give great discounts, even at the Spa! Our teenagers enjoyed the pools and small workout room. We would definitely stay with them again!

Amazing stay with kids!

it is so close to the park entrance. The view is 360 degrees, the restaurant food was wonderful and HUGE portions. Rooms are so fun and comfortably slept 5! And the playground was awesome for the kids!

Great location. 3 mins talk to the national park entrance and park shuttle bus. Great room with balcony with mountain view. Nice dinning with live music and very reasonable price. Staffs are super friendly and helpful.

Everything is great. We loved it. Its a one of kind experience.
