Small, tidy. Fun place to stay. Fun array of choices of cabins, trains Tom stay in. Exceptional camping sites.

We stayed in the Caboose, and it was so neat! Cute touches and finishes throughout.
Honestly, not much. It wasn't super cool when we first got there-it was a 100° day-but the AC cooled it off quickly.

The cabin was clean and comfortable and the staff was available to meet any needs. Location was close to store and restaurants.

They Charged a 120 deposit on top of the $250 a night room fee, required you to clean your own room, which we did. Took the deposit from us, we had to call them and argue to get it back, then they didnt refund the full amount. Pretty sure they do this to everyone then hope no one complains. We will never stay in a KOA again due to this experience.

it was a very open and well themed campground! it had a welcoming sense to the place!
there was a crazy amount of flies. mainly inside the home we stayed in. we left the doors open for a little bit while cooking food, but it was just insane the amount of flies that were around.

Everything. Decor, location, staff, amenities. Honestly hands down perfect. Will be calling today to try and reserve for next year.
The only minor thing we could find. Was a door was a dab squeaky. But my wife and I made a joke of it.

I enjoyed how many amenities the location had. It was really nice to enjoy a good swim after a hot day. The staff is was exceptional as well.

I loved everything about it.
The cabins were far apart from eachother so my family and i were separated.

We stayed in a studio cabin. It was nicer than we expected with very cold A/C, quiet and very clean. It had a small fridge, coffee pot, dishes, etc. And it was priced better than the hotels in La Junta.
The wifi in the cabin really didn't function - very, very slow and erratic. Not usable. The mini golf course was worn out.

It was just what it advertised- beds, A/C and tv. But it was clean and comfortable. Close to bathrooms. Close to town and shopping. A very nice place to stay.

The staff was very helpful and the stay was nice and peaceful. We would definitely stay again, much better than most of the hotels we stayed in on this trip.
The mattress wasn't comfortable.

Loved the chairs on the porch. Nice location. Very friendly staff.
Doors are extremely squeeky. No way to go out to the bathroom at night without waking the whole cabin. Hot but you have a tree planted so hopefully it will grow fast.

The location is just what we need when we are there! The kitchen area has saved us a LOT on food! It's a nice, little cabin for a home base while you are in the area. Nobody normally bothers you. You can do your thing and be left alone.
