Very easy - Matteo was a dream to deal with

The apartment was beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location.

It was lovely; however, our apartment did not look like this one in the picture which is what we were hoping for and the washing machine did not work. We were a little disappointed but overall it was a great stay.

Clean and cozy

Matteo is very helpful and quick to respond. Very smooth check-in process and nice, clean apartments. Good value considering the prices of other places in Milan.

In spite of a small inconvenience that we had on our arrival, our hosts we're very helpful and comprehensive.

The host was super helpful, recommending super places in the neighbourhood for food or services. Rooms were clean, spacious and in good location. Area was pretty busy and had many good food places, shops and services as parking.

take some ear plugs due to the club next door, not too noisy but you can hear it on occasion.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is comfy and very clean. The location is really good you can easily walk to the main attractions and you have many options for bars and street food around.

Host was friendly and responsive. Very helpful with clear instruction on check in and check out. He even text me on my kid's forgotten jacket and willing to help to return.

Nothing to do with 'Luxury" as described. Apartment layout can be improved, high traffic space (kitchen, dining, living) very cramp, less traffic space like bedroom and loft was spacious. Lighting can be more well design and kitchen amenities can be improve.

Location was perfect for us because we wanted to eat frequently in Chinatown. As it turned out, it was a great base for exploring Milan: 30 minute walk to Milan Duomo, 45 minute walk to Navigli, 20 minutes to Sforza Castle, and 15 minutes to Park Sempione or Piazza Gae Aulenti (heart of Porta Nuova area = skyscraper & business district). Trams 12 & 14 stop nearby (within 300m). Closest big rail station is Milan's Porta Garibaldi Station (about 1 km away). From Porta Garibaldi, one can also take the Milan Metro. Chinatown was a great place for eating out. Because of rising Covid-19 numbers, we only did take-out. Our favorite Chinatown places were Baozi (Chinese Bao place), Fusho (serves Sushi Burritos), Houseki (Sushi-Sashimi) & Mr. Time (Chinese bakery). Bringing our goodies back to the Loft to eat was very easy & comfortable. This Loft is fully equipped (plates, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. There is even a toaster!). We loved this place: clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, 2 toilets & a hot shower, LOTS of space, on the ground floor and had everything we needed (refrigerator, stove, hairdryer, towels, warm blankets, some comfortable pillows). There was also a laundry machine, dryer & iron. Though we never saw our host, Matteo, he was super responsive via WhatsApp or the Booking Messenger. We had great communication with him & felt very welcomed. Grazie mille Matteo!

Loft is next to Party World --- which is a dance & karaoke club. Party World starts about 8 PM and closes around 3-4 AM! Their dance music & karaoke singing is very audible in the Loft & less so in the downstairs bedroom. We stayed Saturday to Wed., and every night there was a big party. My husband & I slept through it all, even without ear plugs --- maybe because we spent every day walking 12+ km exploring Milan. However, both of our teens had trouble sleeping because of Party World's noise --- though one teen slept in the quieter bedroom.

Lots or room and good location.

Communication with Matteo was fantastic, ease of accessing the property excellent. Extremely comfortable beds. Can't fault it.

we did like the place very much - only the cities utility services passing at very early hours can be a bit of a surprise.

Matteo was extremely helpfull giving us good recommendations for restaurants etc. We loved Chinatown and the surrounding.

The location was great, near the water bus stop, so great for getting around. Plus loads of nice restaurants close by. Matteo was very helpful too, both with information about how to find the apartment before we got there, and when we were there he advised us on restaurants and sites worth visiting.
