This is not a four or five star hotel but that's part of what we loved about it. Quaint, comfy, warm & cosy. We could not have loved it more. Obliging & friendly hosts. Convenient to local bus service. Would love to visit again!

Loved how kind and friendly the staff were. The cabin was so cozy and perfect for our needs. Great experience. It was great being able to cook breakfast and have coffee on a private porch looking at the mountains.

The host and proximity to town was good as were the comfortable beds.
Bathroom and kitchen areas a bit small but adequate.. Value for money is relative but Banff seems extraordinary pricey when it comes to accommodation everywhere.

It’s cosy and has onsite parking. The cabin is kept warm with a regulated heating system. Kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave oven, built in oven, cooking utensils & crockery. Generally, the interior of cabin is dated but at least, it provides a multi plug adaptor which enable ease of charging electronic devices.
Bed is too soft. Pillows are uncomfortable. Size of shower area is small. No basic toiletries provided eg shower gel & shampoo.
