Convenient location, communication with staff excellent. Room was spacious.
Noisy with other guests, front door was slammed often. Hall way lights coming up stairs randomly go off and it happened twice while carrying bags which was unsafe. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner(shower)

Best location - close to train station and central market and attractions. The bus stop is right outside. You can leave luggage after checkout to explore the town.

Excellent location right in the heart of Florence. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go, and it was also convenient to the train station. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after spending all day exploring. Check-in was easy and communication was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again
Nothing significant. We had a very good experience overall and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The location was convenient, at walking distance from the train station and the Duomo
The AC didn't work. I opened the window to let fresh air in, but I could smell the fumes from the restaurant below. It was quite difficult to find, even with a GPS. The entrance door is hidden between two restaurants.
