The location is good, 10 min from central tran station.
Very friendly owner.
The room was quite comfortable with a good bed and pillows.
The shower cabin and toilet were fine with enough space.
The bed was a bit squeaky.
There were no local lights near the bed, only a master light which was not comfortable and too bright.
No A/C. Fresh air only via opened windows with noisy street.
Breakfast is a set of plastic jem, butter, etc. Filter coffee. Fresh juice (seemed fresh) and yoghurt. Nothing else.

Excellent location, surprisingly quiet, close to the railway and tram, easy to find a moderately priced restaurant nearby and lovely staff. Overall a lovely traditional Italian pensione. Would definitely recommend.
There were building works going on next door at the time of our stay that the owner had no control over.
