The location and the quiet courtyard decorated with flowers.
The hygiene and cleanliness of the apartment were poor. The walls were stained and there was an unpleasant smell. There were no soap and shampoo holders in the bathroom. The bathroom door is old and hardly works. Every night we saw a rat in the yard.

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything, with easy access to all the main attractions. It made exploring Florence so easy."
