About this apartment rental
The apartment is bright located in a quiet street leading to Bellosguardo - an area of Florence located on a small hill from which you can admire the splendid view of the oldest part of the city. It is located on the ground floor with a private garden of 60 sq m.
It consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen.
Upon request the double room can become a double room.
You can find all the comforts: such as independent heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, two hair dryers (one for each bathroom), bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels.
The private garden is equipped with every comfort: a table with chairs, a small sofa, three deck chairs .... it is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, to dine in peace or to sip a glass of wine .
The quiet, safe and risk-free garden is the ideal place for families with children.
For children up to 3 years I provide a camping cot complete with sheets and blankets.
IMPORTANT: from 1/2/2025 the tourist tax of the Municipality of Florence is EUR 6,00 per person per night (maximum 7 consecutive nights). Children under 12 years old are exempt. Payment in cash upon check-in. A regular receipt will be issued.
Upon arrival, EUR 60.00 in cash is required for final cleaning. Regular receipt will be issued

Great apartment and good quality a/c was perfect for the hot temperatures. A little walk to main part of city, but many good places to eat near the apartment, so not an issue

Sonia, our host, was wonderful. She met us at the beginning of our stay, walked us through everything about the apartment, and gave fantastic advice about restaurants, transportation, and sightseeing. She is a wealth of information; make sure you ask her about anything!The apartment is delightful, with a small private courtyard and a friendly spaniel in the garden next door. There is AC in every room, a bookshelf full of fiction and nonfiction, and you are steps away from coffeeshops and restaurants. The apartment is outside the busy tourist area, but within easy walking distance (20-30 minutes at most) of just about every attraction, and restaurant prices tend to be lower closer to the apartment. Make sure to check out Sabatino, Riori, and Napoleone while you're here.
