1800 Atlantic is just a great spot... The key situation at the different doors is absolutely terrible... But if they ever get the whole building keypad or key card it's best place in key West if you want beach, but close to old town

We visited for my moms 80th bday. She was born in KW...great unit for the cost. Unit does have a partial view of garbage coral that I wasnt expecting but overall ur was great. We see the sights and dont spend a ton of time at the condo. So ut was perfect.

The property was very nice, not so much with the condo. The beds were the worst my family has ever slept on. I believe they are extremely old like the condition of the property. Walls had paint missing, bathroom metals were rusted. Looks like it was decorated in the 80s and nothing has been improved since. Electrical outlets were so old plugs kept falling out in the bathroom. We could get past the old unkept cosmetic things, just not the beds. Everyone complained about the beds being uncomfortable and caused back pain from soft old mattresses. It is a shame as this property could be wonderful with some updates and of course new beds!

The property was clean, and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. I highly recommend Vacasa, the rental department. The check-in was a breeze, and they were so nice to deal with. The condo stay was great but a few issues. Please replace the ceiling fan in the living room. All 4 blades are sagging. Our husbands were over 6ft so they almost hit their heads several times. The Condo's are nice, but the residents do not care much for visitors. There are ridiculous rules posted everywhere. Such as, you have to listen to music on your headphones, no coolers or drinks at the pool. We had several residents that were quite rude. I can't imagine if we were younger individuals. Other than this we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place to get to visit Key West. Place was not too far away from Duval and other attractions. Nice and quiet. The grounds were kept up. The courtyard was very nice with a pool and hot tub. There is a little beach and they have plenty of chairs and lounges. Room was clean and temp inside was very comfortable. Water pressure and temp was great in MB. Our friends said extra BR was not so great. Toilet and tub faucet need replaced. But all in all a great place and we enjoyed our time. Would definitey use this place again.

Place was perfect for a family of 6. Very nice layout. Pool and spa were very nice. You could look out and see the ocean in the distance but no real beach access. It was visible but you can’t get to it from the property. Although it is right up the street on either side of the property so that was nice. The only downfall to this place is we got eaten up by what seems to have been fleas.

The property is managed by Vacasa, in my opinion the best management company ever!

Had a great time. Clean and efficient. Suggestions are to have more than one trash bag in trash can and a small first aid kit Other than that perfect trip

We stayed at Atlantic Ocean View for a friend's wedding! Great, quiet spot. Wonderful pool with great ocean views. Great unit!

The condo was exceptionally clean. Vacasa communicated with us before and during our stay. There was a window in the living area that wouldn’t close, thus letting in warm air while letting cool AC air escape. Within thirty minutes of our call, someone was there to fix it. The only negative we might have is with the bathrooms which could use an update.

The place was a little outdated but it was still a nice and beautiful property. First time in key west and it was worth it.

It accommodated 6 of us with no problem at all. The only glitch I would say is they should leave a key with the office to the property or in a lockbox in the building because it was inconvenient to go to the Vacasa office to get it before we went to the condo. The condo itself has a keypad with a code which is great but you need a key to get onto the property.

Comfortable Stay
The condo was very comfortable and located in a quiet, convenient area. There was plenty of space for our group. Some of the decor is a little dated, but everything was very clean. The grounds were very nice and well kept.
Could have easily given this property 5 stars but parking was a mess! We were there during Spring Break and parking was a nightmare. The description says there are 2 spaces available with the rental but that isn't accurate. There is a restricted access garage with assigned spaces under the building but access does not come with the rental. We ended up having to park in the entrance aisle most of the time we were there. I called the local Vacasa office and their solution was to speak with the folks in the management office. When I spoke with the management folks, they said it should be an arrangement as part of the rental. It was a free-for-all and between the tennis lessons on site and the nature preserve next door there was RARELY any available parking spaces.

The complex looked to be built in the 1980’s, but we’ll kept. The unit was a nice size and looked to have been updated in the early 2000’s and was good, but still had walls of mirrors and a strange hot tub(?) mad giant shower and in general another refresh would be helpful. Everything was very clean except the weird dust layer on the floor of the giant hot tub/shower that I had to rinse out. The screen doors need to be fixed and the kitchen needed a few more basics like coffee filters, a cutting board, and a supply of dish towels. The large balcony and ocean views over the nature reserve were lovely. The building is a bit off the primary tourist area (1.5 miles), but it was really easy to bike everywhere and we enjoyed the quiet and close proximity to beaches. Pretty much every Uber ride was $10+. The ownership company, Vacasa, was a bit challenging to work with. Needing to drive to the other part of town to get keys was inconvenient, but communication while there and checking out was down right frustrating. I had calls from 4 different people in the first 24 hours and received different answers to my questions about how to either do a late checkout or leave the unit and take our luggage to the pool area as we awaited our flight time. Some I spoke to were accommodating, some were not, and every time and they kept saying to just call back that morning and they would help by allowing us to keep the key to the pool area and retuning it to housekeeping on the way out. If you call them you get sorted into a call system and talk to a totally different person and it wasn’t helpful. They don’t return any emails. The morning we left I called as instructed and that person was unhelpful, said we couldn’t do late checkout and I guess expected us to sit on the street with our luggage, when in fact they called when we were at the airport and still couldn’t figure out if we’d left, even though I did the digital checkout and left as I’d been told by multiple people at their company. Overall I would stay in this building again, but may try to find a different owner to work with.

The property allowed us the space we needed for a family of 6. It was clean, except the floor which turned our feet black within minutes. We did have a palmetto bug (aka huge cockroach) our first morning. They did come and spray. We also ended up with a little lizard. These little guys are all over outside so this little guy had somehow snuck in and we placed him safely back outside.
For our visit, they supplied 3 dishwasher tablets and 3 tide pods. Beach towels are in hallway closet. We didn’t know that until after we bought some. Coffee drinkers, you’ll have to supply your own filters. Nothing is kept over from rental to rental in that regard. Pool is nice and they have a library area that by oldest enjoyed.
Ocean access is true, but it’s a small path to a dirty ocean side.
Parking is limited. Check in/out site is not on property but they’re very nice. Called to see how things were going after the first night.
Communication wasn’t like other VRBO locations we’ve used. We didn’t hear anything for a while after booking, check in email comes within day of check in, and check out email comes the morning of check out. I had called to see what the check out requirements were (start a load of laundry, load of dishes, shut off all lights, make sure door is locked, and return keys to office). Pretty easy.
We would stay here again and I’d recommend it to others.

What a fun and whimsical house!! Loved the themes and colors. Everything about the house is easy and comfortable. The rooms all look more spacious and well laid out in person than the photos would suggest. This was basically my wife’s dream house. We barely parked the car and she was already emotional at the beauty of this place.
Checking in was super easy. And the information binder is loaded with everything you’d need to know about the property and hot spots around town.
The beds were all very comfortable. I’m thinking the type where your partner in bed doesn’t feel it when you get up or move around. Both showers were great. Good water pressure and could get really hot if needed. Plenty of pool and bath towels. The kitchen has everything you would need; all types of coffee machines and cookware (neither of which we partook in!!). The appliances are pretty new and good quality. Nothing about the place feels “rental”, it all feels like a home.
This was a hot week, 115-120deg every day, and the pool felt magical. I pulled one of the patio umbrellas close to the pool to keep the sun off my dome while we just sat there and cooled off. The pool guy kept it clean. He came twice in the week we were there, very early in the morning, and was in and out with no bother at all.
The neighborhood was in a perfect spot for us; close enough to the main strip but still very quiet and relaxing. So much to where you’d need to poke your head up over the hedges to notice there’s any houses around you. Actually, there might not have been anyone in the neighboring houses the entire week. Bonus for us! Palm Springs takes the noise ordinance very seriously and we’re the types that benefit from that.
Steven, the concierge, was always available if needed with a text. And the owner, Scott, was very communicative as well. They really care about the house and it shows.
There’s not one thing that would make me hesitate to rent here again. Pure enjoyment.

The co do itself is nice. The tub/shower in the master bedroom is quite confusing…is it a tub, a shower, wading pool??? But the only thing that bothered me was the parking. You supposedly have 2 parking spots but it was hard enough to find 1 while staying there. Not sure if I’d rent it again just because of the parking, maybe if given assigned parking it would be better. The pool though is great with a beautiful view of ocean.

This unit is a short term vacation rental with lots of prior guests. Building is safe and protected. Pool area is welcoming. Vasaca handles check in well. The unit really needs a new couch; the couch was so old it was not comfortable, faded, very used. The hardware (shower head and handles) in the small bathroom needs to be replaced with some you can actually regulate, these are either too hot or too cold. Well used unit.

It was a beautiful condo close to the beach. We got everything we need for just one night stay. However, direction to the complex need improvement. With $700 a night, we should have better service than just an email on the day of arrival.First, It would work out better if we have instruction to pick up the key at Vacasa office at least the day before because with travelling, we don't check email that often. Also, it is confusing to give out two office locations especially they are in opposite side of the island. Arriving at 4pm is not considered "After hour check in"Second, there are two gates to enter the building, would be nice to have a sketch/diagram or more detail on which gate/parking we should enter to have better access to the unit. The unit we stay is right next to the elevator, but we had to walk across the whole complex to get there. It is so tiresome especially after a long drive. The check-in process took 2hrs instead of typical 30mins. So, for just one night stay, it's better to stay at a hotel where we have in-person assistant. By they way, thank you so much to the lady on the phone, she was patiently explain things for us.

We enjoyed our trip. Location is nice and quite. Pool was wonderful. Very clean. The suite itself was ok but dirty. The floor made your feet black with dirt. Outdoor cushions are dry and shredding apart. Mattress in second room need replaced. Kitchen was under stocked. No seasonings, cutting board, measuring cups. . . We did have an issue with the shower but maintenance took care of it asap! We would probably go back but would look for a different suite.
