Great location on Duval St. They provided ample toilet paper, soap, shampoo, kitchen supplies, including dishwashing soap and laundry detergent. However, we had issues. The property manager was not helpful when discussing the problems. I was hoping to post pictures, but there's no ability to do so. Our wifi was not working. The host, Vacasa, told me to "reset the modem", yet they could not tell me where the modem was located in the house. We finally founded inside a cabinet in the master bedroom! The living room side table was broken and the top was propped up on the arm of two chairs beside it. When I went to slide the chair over to plug in my phone charger, the table top completely fell on the floor. missing my toes by inches! That thing is antique and HEAVY and could have been disastrous! The faucet in the masterbath was completely loose. Wobbled back and forth. The vertical blinds in the master bedroom were broken. When I opened them, 2 fell on the floor, but others are cracked and broken. This left a gap, so privacy was issue. The freezer shelf is rusty and nasty looking! There were termites (no kidding) in the upper kitchen cabinets, at the end of the peninsula. Every few hours it was a new pile of termite poop on the counter. It looks like sand. Google provided the answer to the mystery of what this was. This is an expensive place to stay. Very disappointing!

Close to everything (walking distance) but not too close. The condo has everything you could need for making meals at home to minimize your expenses. Key West has gotten REALLY expensive. If the price of this unit works for you then you will be very happy with this unit. Some people mention the tight parking spot for this unit. All the parking spots are the same - tight - but doable. I was driving an E350 VAN and had no problems parking in the spot provided. I did pull in my mirrors but this was only to get as close to the garage pillar as possible. If carrying your luggage up stairs is a problem then you might have an issue with the physical set up. Garage is ground level and condo is 2nd floor with no elevator. Doing multiple trips will be the key but IMHO worth it.

The unit was perfect. Located right next to the pool and within 3 mins of walking out of the unit, you’re standing on Duval Street. Some reviews complained about the furniture, which I agree- the couch needs replacement. But other than that, it was perfect. There were starter detergents, soaps, shampoos, as well as pool towels. Kitchen was stocked with basic necessities. I would definitely start here again.

Great location and security. Condo is a little dated but has good AC and very clean. Had trouble finding the entrance gate as there is no signage and directions need to be improved. Overall good place.

Fantastic location! Close to everything. The condo was perfectly clean, exactly as described. The pool was great. We rented a golf cart and the designated spot in the parking garage was so convenient. The only thing that was a little inconvenient is you have to go to the office to check in and then walk apx. 8 minutes to the condo with your luggage. Other than that, it was A+++. I highly recommend staying here. We'll definitley stay there again.

My wife and I enjoyed our recent three nite stay. The condo is located right next to lower Duval Street and there are several nice restaurants in the Duval Square complex. It's about two blocks to the Hemingway House. You get a good parking space in a covered and secure garage just down the stairs from the condo and Key West is very walkable. Unit R-1 is right next to the pool but that did not seem to be a problem for noise. The unit has very good air conditioning, and is clean and well furnished. It has two balconies, one off the living room and one off the master bedroom upstairs. However a local rooster began to crow every morning at dawn from the back lot that the balcony of the larger bedroom faces. Also some people love to crank up their car stereos while cruising Duval. That made me rate it as four stars instead of five. So it depends on your noise tolerance. Maybe bring a portable sound machine and earplugs or just go with the local flow.

This Condo was perfect for the 2 nights we were there. It is located right next to the pool. It is on Duval Street but on the quieter side so things are within walking distance. The kitchen was well appointed. It would have been nice if it had been supplied with salt/pepper and oil. There was plenty of seating for the 4 of us in the living area. We did have an issue with the front key code. It took several attempts to get into the Condo each time. This was reported so hopefully it was fixed. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

This place cost almost 6k and it was in terrible shape. Doors dad cracked frames. Windows internal tracks were filthy, absolutely no spices and a measly 2 pack of dishwasher pods and 3 pack of laundry. Very limited cookware, nothing to seal your food with. The inside of the condo was very, very used and is in need of updating. It is very obvious this is nothing more than an absent owners cash cow. The downstairs deck was in horrible condition. If blowing thousands of dollars on a sub-par rental is ok with you, have fun. If you are looking for a decent place to stay, RUN!

The location is perfect, right next to shops and restaurants. The inside was a 1980’s time capsule, furniture and finishes. The beds are decent, but the couches are very uncomfortable. It’s nice that it has a full kitchen and W/D…but the dryer made the worst screeching noise imaginable! Wi-Fi was great and a private pool is lovely! Primary bedroom is large with skylights, second bedroom is kinda tiny, but great for a single adult or kids. Bring an eye mask if you want to sleep longer than 7 am.

Great location! Only negative which was huge was the queen bed. Not only was it loud (squeaked every time you moved) it was not comfortable. My husbands back was sore after one night. The management knows it’s an issue. For what they charge a new bed is an easy affordable fix!

Roomy, comfortable, and clean...great location on Duval St. R1 right next to the pool which made everyone happy. Remember to bring anything related to food prep with you...only dishes and some pans available. Also no soap or shampoo for showering provided. The air conditioning keeps it like the Arctic so the Key West heat is left outside. Would recommend replacing the floor tiles downstairs which has wear and damage in places. Helpful people at the Vacasa office. All in all a great place to stay.

Nice two bedroom, 2 and a half baths. Girls weekend. Closet door broken but everything was just as the pictures showed. A/C worked very well. This unit was right by the pool. Highly recommend.

The location was great, check-in was good friendly staff. Just the bed box spring was so squeaky I would wake up every time my husband rolled over and it could not be attended to during our stay since it was an "owner" apartment vs. a hotel.

Located on Duval, yet very quiet. King bed was relatively comfortable. The queen bed makes excessive noise when rolling over, gettingin and out etc. Very disruptive to sleep. Condo looked clean, but it was clear that the floors had not been mopped…our feet were black from walking on the floors. Pool maintained well. Would be nice to have a few basic items provided, like salt and pepper, coffee filters, kleenex.
