Just a quick walk to Duval Street for dining spots and shopping and Higgs Beach, you'll have a wide array of fun-filled attractions at your fingertips. Walk to see the Southernmost Point or visit the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory. Street parking is available. Wake up with a robust cup of coffee out on the patio and connect to the free WiFi to check out the forecast for the day. Lounge by the shared pool for an afternoon. Use the shared grill to show off your BBQ skills while the shared washer/dryer takes care of the laundry. End the day by catching up on your favorite cable show on the plush couch before heading to bed. This family-friendly Florida vacation makes it easy to enjoy it all, plus the family dog is also welcome to join you here for an additional nightly fee. *Please note that last-minute bookings cannot be made online. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Great location near Upper Duval but home is poorly furnished, WiFi didn’t work, no temperature control a/c or heating, doors to outside areas didn’t work, limited laundry, kitchen poorly supplied. Stay for location not for any comfort which at the price charged was disappointing.

Great property. Only issue was wifi and cable not working during our entire stay (found out it was due to non-payment of bill, not logistical issue). Vacasa customer service promised a call back and a resolution after we reported the issue. We got neither. Vacasa has yet to respond to the email I sent about this issue 5 days ago

The Toon house is in a perfect location to explore Key West and a very comfortable house.
The pool was wonderful after exploring Key West all day. Higgs beach is in walking distance. Uber's were quick to respond and take us to all locations within Key West. The free Duval bus was a great alternative during the day to get around with a stop a few blocks away by the Tipsy Rooser.
The house has two bathrooms and those are they only rooms with mirrors in the house. Our only issue or suggestion, regarding what the house could use, would be to replace some of the pictures on the walls and replace with mirrors in the bedrooms and in the living room above the sofa table.
Overall was a wonderful mother/daughter trip with family.

The house was in an awesome location! Walking distance from Duval and all the hot spots. There was an outdoor shower and a pool that we enjoyed during our stay. There is a corner store/cafe about 4 minutes walking distance for those last minute items.
I was able to use the 3D layout of the house to plan for decor, and the staff was responsive and professional when I texted with any questions.
There were extra blankets and pool towels, and all of the appliances we needed in the kitchen as well as bathrooms. Overall would rate 10/10 and highly recommend to those who are looking for a chill spot to have fun and relax.

The house is cute, functional, and laid out nicely. However, there is a termite infestation and one of the three bedrooms (queen bed) couldn’t be used because of the continuous fresh termite droppings ON THE BED each day, causing that guest to have to sleep on the sofa instead. There were several bodies of dead termites with their wings separated from the bodies in that room and stuck to the bathroom wall. There was evidence that this is a known problem, such as tape over the termite holes in the ceiling. The walls were bowed with what looked like water damage, but from what I read, this is also a sign of rampant infestation. There were also termite droppings and mouse droppings in the corner of one of the king size rooms. Otherwise, the property is in a good location, and everything else about it was nice, but if we had known about the termites, we’d have chosen a different property for sure.

Property was not taken care of. The pool was green, the house had bugs in the bedroom and the kitchen. The house is in desperate need of some maintenance. The termites were in the beds and kitchen.

We had a group of 7 women and there was plenty of space for all of us (and our stuff!). Location is wonderful, right by the Southernmost point. We did a lot of walking up and down Duval Street, but felt totally safe at all times.
Plenty of towels for all and the property was very clean!
It would have been nice to have a few extra mirrors in the house, but that was just a minor inconvenience.
Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Key West!

Spacious for six, w modern well-equipped kitchen and shared pool and patio dining area. Pool wasn’t heated and little cool in December. Quiet end of Old Town KW, so about a half mile stroll to the action on Duvall St. But only a few block’s to Louie’s Backyard and Higgs Beach. Ample towels provided. HVAC was powerful. Decorated inside w some wonderful art by the late cartoonist Jeff MacNelly. Vacasa was usually very responsive and even reached out to us a couple of times to ask how things were going. Would certainly consider another stay here.

The house was a great place for a long girls weekend in Key West. Location was great, the house was clean, and the place was bigger in real life than it looked online (that never happens!) I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The place was very nice and location was great for our two families of 10 with 6 kids between the ages of 7-12. The house and property with backyard access to pool and patio was very comfortable when we wished to relax at home. The oven and washer /dryer were not working at the time. We contacted host and they refunded us a day off our stay. Overall a great trip and would recommend.

We had 5 of the 6 houses and it was a great place to stay with a large group (19 people!) The houses were very clean, the pool was well cared for. We liked having the privacy of the fences around each house and around the whole compound. Each house has its own patio which we would have come in handy if we weren't renting almost all of the houses. Location was great. We would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived we saw bugs all over the place and gave the bathroom and bedrooms a full cleaning ourselves. We thought it was ants. The next day they came back again and we realized it was termites. My son was unable to sleep in the bedroom with all the bugs in the bed and everywhere. We called Vacasa and found the customer service folks to be completely unsympathatic. We left 2 days early and after a lot of dialog up and back only credited us for one night.
We will not be using Vacasa ever again.
PS - It was hard to reach a person over the phone and my emails were not answered or acknowledged. I took many photos of the bugs.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this home. We are 3 couples that like to visit Key West once a year. We enjoy the quiet neighborhood where this home is located and its only 3 blocks from the southern end of Duvall. Yes its almost 2 miles from to the northern end where the majority of the activity is, However a leisurely walk is not bad. It would be nice if the A/C was set a few degrees lower (which renters have no access to) would lead to more comfortable sleep and two of the mattresses should be replaced, we slept in the queen room and the metal springs made for a very uncomfortable sleep, and we are an athletic couple. But by and large we will likely rent here again.
