About this condo rental
Located in Ocean City, this charming condo for $489 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Ocean City, MD 3 BR, 2 BA ocean view condo near 128th street with newly renovated kitchen. A beautiful 1st floor unit just steps from the beach and many popular attractions. This unit will sleep 8. Please bring your own sheets, blankets, and linens. Cable (Roku) TV and WiFi in every room! All rooms are freshly painted, have wall mounted TV's and ceiling fans and new window treatments! Renovated master bathroom with floor to ceiling tile shower. We also have a full washer and dryer - Please no beach blankets in washer or dryer. This rental property will feel like home! Enjoy the beach during the day and walk to many local restaurants at night. Rentals run Sunday - Sunday during peak season. Partial weeks and weekends are available during off season. This is a family friendly unit and we only rent to adults 25 and older. SORRY, NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS!! You are choosing to book our home through a 3rd party website. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID. This is standard procedure for property managers, just like hotels. A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS. **PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING THE MONTHS OF NOV - MARCH WE ONLY HAVE LOCAL TV CHANNELS AND NO INTERNET.**

We had a wonderful long weekend! The condo had everything we needed and was so close to the beach. We didn’t cook dinners while we were there but the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone slept well! We look forward to renting your condo again. Thank you for sharing your beach cabana with our family!

We recently stayed at the location for my daughter's softball tournament. We wanted an extended stay to get a vacation in also. Location was clean and quiet. Close to the beach and a ton to do within walking and driving distances. The hostess was great with communication and always available to answer questions. We had such an amazing experience!!

Great time in North Ocean City
We have been staying in this area for many years, and we always wanted to give this building a try. This area offers great accessibility to restaurants, grocery, and north ocean city. The condo is a 6 unit building on the first floor. The layout blocked any living room/ kitchen noise , which we liked . We would reserve this unit again.

The images posted were a true depiction of the unit. Upon arrival the condo felt stuffy since the AC was turned off which was initially fine, because we thought it would cool down by the time we got back from dinner.
We arrived past 10pm and it was still hot in the 2 back rooms. The back room with a Queen eventually cooled at around 3am, but the kids room AC NEVER got cooler.
The unit smelled a bit musty/moldy which was somewhat disguised by the fragrance from containers of moisture eliminator products placed in each room. If you have allergies to mold and dust mites (wall to wall carpeting-except kitchen area) you should probably rethink this property as it was bad enough to break through our allergy meds.
It is listed you need to bring your own linens to this property. The 2 queen sized beds had blankets, but we didn't use them. After we had booked I realized one of the rules was don't put blankets in the washer and we need to make the beds. I thought this was odd since we are making a bed we just used instead of putting it by the washer to get cleaned. We did not use the blankets since the owner revealed they are NOT WASHED between guests. In the rental agreement, "If you use the last of anything in the unit please replenish it; including but not limited to garbage bags; tissues; toilet tissue; food wrap; paper towels; laundry soap; dish soap, light bulbs; cleaning supplies." We ended up bringing our own of anything we planned on using. Master bath had literally 4 sheets of toilet paper left when we arrived for the cost of this rental you would think we could get at least a roll.
We only spent one night, so this unit was good enough. If we were spending several days definitely would have asked the owner to address the AC. It's a convenient property if you want to be close to the beach, literally walk 100 ft and your feet are in sand.

Great location
This first floor property has a newly renovated kitchen which we did not use as we were there for a family function and did not cook. Three bedrooms/2 baths. The “kids bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle plus another stand alone twin. If you need all four of those beds it is going to be really tight. You also have to bring your own sheets and towels which spelled out ahead of time but it is a pain and we received an old contract with the wrong size bedding listed and my queen sheets could not fit the king size bed in the main bedroom. I was pretty annoyed after a 9+ hour drive to have to go find a king size sheet.

We had a great time! The location was perfect with 3 small kids to transport back and forth to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. Carrie was responsive and easy to work with.

We had a great time at Carrie's apartment. The communication was easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located, a minute walk to the beach. Would absolutely recommend staying there

This place was great for our family! Located in the quieter, more family friendly north end, it was a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. Carrie was a pleasure to communicate with and was very kind and responsive when I unfortunately misplaced the arrival directions.

We loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful family condo! We had everything we needed to make our stay functional, fun and comfortable!! There was more than enough space for our family of five to enjoy time together or spread out and unwind in our own spaces. We look forward to coming back sometime!
