Thanks to its geographic location, the property offer an enchanting immersion in nature and an extremely relaxing holiday, but it can anche be the ideal start to visit the most important historical and artistic centers of the area (Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, City della Pieve, Orvieto). From the property it will take only a little bit blackberries than one hour to reach the most important historical towns of the center of Italy (Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Perugia, Assisi, Rome). Casale Palazzo Bello is a beautiful farmhouse of typical Tuscan architecture, totally in stone, Restructured with great care, perfect for large groups who want to spend an holiday together but not to renounce to Their privacy. Guests will enjoy the enchanting view of the surrounding hills from the covered loggia That is easily reachable from an internal staircase at the upper floor. The structure has other two covered loggias located besides the external walls. PARK: Casale Palazzo Bello is surrounded by a wide and beautiful park where guests can relax and enjoy a wonderful view. The park, with a lawn and high trunk trees, anche it's a perfect place to organize lunches and dinners al fresco SWIMMING POOL: the swimming pool, located a few meters from the farmhouse, measure 14 x 7 m., The depth is 1.50 m. The area is equipped with deck-chairs and sun umbrellas and it is open for guests from May till the end of September. INTERIORS: the farmhouse is built over two floors. The ground floor is composed by 3 apartments with independent access. Apartment A is composed by: living room with kitchen corner and fireplace, small store room, one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. Apartment B: double entrance into the living room with kitchen corner and fireplace, two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and store room. Apartment C: living room with kitchen corner and fireplace, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with bathtub. At this floor, with external access, there is anche a double bedroom with bathroom for disable persons. From an external stone staircase you reach the first floor. The entrance leads to a characteristic living room (about 60 square meters) with huge fireplace That gives the property the typical country atmosphere. Next to the living room there is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area of this floor is composed by three double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom with shower and one with en-suite bathroom with tub), one twin bedroom and one bathroom with bathtub. At the end of the sleeping area corridor, a staircase leads up to a covered terrace where you can admire a beautiful view. Possibility to add up to six single beds with extra charge. At € 1.00 (by credit card or cash) you will damage your deposit. -------------------------------- In our 180 hectar farm, only few hundred meters from Villa Palazzo Bello, we own another farmhouse, named "Villa Chieteno". that can host 20 persons or more with large garden and swimming pool, ideal for big groups. The villa is situated on the top of a hill, surrounded by a beautiful park where you can eat, relax or play. The swimming-pool is in a very panoramic position. --------------------------------- On request we organize weddings, typical lunches and dinners, breakfasts, cooking classes, wineries tours, tourist tours, airport pick-ups and drop-offs etc.

We had a big family holiday last week in Anna's lovely villa near Cetona. Anna's niece Beatrice looked after us brilliantly - nothing was too much bother and her catered dinners were an absolute delight. The villa is gorgeous - lots of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate a big group (we were 12 ranging in age from 4 - 76) and the grounds and pool are great too. The view from the pool is Tuscan heaven. Highly recommend and hope to return again

Affittato intero casale, 10 adulti e 10 bambini, tutto come riportato nel sito. Non mancava nulla, cucine attrezzate, fuoco esterno per bellissima grigliata di Ferragosto, camere spaziose, giardino immenso e piscina periodicamente pulita dal manutentore. MI è sembrato di vivere in un resort privato solo per me e i miei amici....FANTASTICO ...dimenticavo: panorama bellissimo perchè il casale è immerso nelle colline toscane dove si sente solo il "rumore" della natura!

Excelente casa en el corazón de la toscana

Excelente casa en el corazón de la toscana

Éramos un grupo de 23 personas. La casa está en muy buenas condiciones. Se llega fácil por Waze o Googlemaps. Cerca de Cetona, donde podrás encontrar víveres muy fácil en el supermercado. Cetona también tiene muy buenos restaurantes. La casa está equipada, cada conjunto de dos o tres recámaras tiene cocina equipada y baños suficientes. La mesa al aire libre invita a tener largas comidas y sobremesas. La alberca la limpian diario y tenía buena temperatura. Lo mejor de la casa son sus vistas, que está aislada y Beatrice la anfitriona nos sugirió muy buenos lugares donde visitar y comer. volvería sin lugar a dudas.
