About this condo rental
Located in Rome, this lovely condo for $175 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Renovated apartment with air-conditioning, Fast Optique Fiber WiFi and a large terrace which runs the full length of the flat, with patio doors from the living room and bedroom leading on to this. This terrace has the views towards the Vatican, has seats and a table so you could sit out and enjoy your breakfast, or a glass of wine. Centrally located on the seventh floor of an elegant building with elevator and concierge service, just a few minutes walk from San Pietro / Musei Vaticani. A few meters from the Cipro metro station and 100 meters from the taxi station. Bus stop 50 meters away. TRASTEVERE VERY EASY TO REACH! There is a train that costs 1€ that reaches Trastevere in 9 minutes from Valle Aurelia station (reachable by walk in 5 minutes from the apartment, 350 meters). About 300 meters is situated the most famous and very tipical market, il mercato trionfale, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh fish, meats, typical cold meats, salami and cheeses of Roman cuisine. There are many shops and supermarkets very close, a brand new supermarket 1 minute walk away, big supermarket Carrefour always open (24 hours x 7 days). Apartment composed of an entrance hall, lounge / dining room with a fantastic sofa bed with a very high and comfortable mattress, a single armchair bed., a big table, Satellite TV . The living room can be a second bedroom because it is equipped with a door for your privacy. The size of the double bed with the open sofa is: 1.40 wide x 1.95 meters long. The size of the open single armchair is one single standard bed. Romantic double bedroom with a bed 1.60 for 2 meters. Modern fully equipped eat-in kitchen with another small terrace, with a view on the walls of the Vatican and St Peter's Dome, with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster,coffee / moka / american coffee maker and everything you need. The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is great if you want to be near the Vatican. The balcony was a major plus! Fireworks went off all around us as we cheered to 2024!

I would say the only minor inconvenience this place has is the almost constant traffic noise at night that get a little bit of time to get used to.
Although it is located on 7th floor, the traffic noise make its way during the night, so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. We got used after the first night:)
The convenient Metro location makes a lot of sites easily accessible.
The Sicilian cafe/restaurant that is nearby has amazing cakes and very good cheap food.

To say the apartment was amazing it’s not enough! The apartment was exceptionally clean and contained everything we could have possibly needed. Great location, five minute walk to Cipro Metro Station and bus stop steps away from the apartment. Kitchen contained everything we needed to start cooking except the food. Espresso pots with espresso, American coffee maker, pots and pans, counter space and small table and complete set of dishes and silverware. Bedroom and bath was complete in every way. Dining room and living room felt just like home. One very large balcony with a table for two and some comfortable lounge chairs with cushions. One smaller balcony of the kitchen. Quiet, friendly building and a nice neighborhood that has everything you could need. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Loved my time there. it is located very close to the Vatican and yet in a lively and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to everything you want to see in the city.

My wife and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in Italy. One of our stops was in Rome. The accommodations were amazing close to everything had a real community feel in around the area. The apartment was very well appointed, very clean everything from the check in to checking out was seamless. We would like to thank Vincenza so much for the anniversary bottle of wine that she left us. It didn’t last long. Don’t hesitate to book this apartment. Thanks again sorry for the delay in the review, busy back to work.

Appartement is a very nice size. Host was amazing by providing us information prior to our arrival and once there, they include a booklet with restaurant and suggested walking tours.
Kitchen has the necessary equipment to make meals.
Location is great, close to Vatican and just far enough to remove yourself from the tourist area.
Would definitely recommend staying at this place.

Spacious, comfortable, clean apartment located near metro , restaurants, grocery, etc. Helpful host. Nice outdoor balcony with view of the top of St. Peter's Basilica dome. There is a busy street nearby so expect some traffic noise until later in the evening.
Walking distance to Vatican City, metro or bus ride elsewhere. We liked being a little removed from the tourist center.

We loved everything about Vincenza’s place! First we were met by her representative who gave us a thorough review of the building and the flat. The flat is roomy, comfortable, modern kitchen well stocked, huge balcony with views of St Peter’s and the city wall. The neighborhood is safe, close to markets, restaurants and the subway. We would absolutely stay here again - were there 6 days and wished it was longer!

Thanks to Vincenza for a delightful visit to Rome. Our stay at her lovely modern apartment on Viale degli Ammiragli was memorable because it met all of our needs and was within walking distance of the Vatican. There are cafes, restaurants and supermarkets close to the apartment and Vincenza supplied some items for us to use such as tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil and so on. The Wi-Fi was great and there is a lift in the building.

Vincenza made our stay an excellent one despite the heatwave and the closure of the metro while we were there. She kept us well informed and was very accommodating.
The apartment was perfect for the two of us and was a welcome relief in the heatwave with good air conditioning. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious with all modern equipment.
The location was excellent - we went to a different grocery store every day - all within minutes of the apartment - on foot. There is also a big food store in a shopping mall by the train station under 10 minutes walk away. The metro was a two minute walk away (unfortunately not available while we were there) but for another visit it would be the perfect location for easy access to central Rome and all the attractions. At only a 15 minute walk to St Peter's Square, we were still able to travel around easily.
All in all a brilliant stay in spite of the heat and highly recommended.

The rental itself was phenomenal, with a large amount of space and tasteful decorating, but that’s just the beginning.
The owner promptly responded to any questions we had, with extremely helpful information. He also provide a 8-page guide to restaurants, places to see, transportation options and the like. When we arrived at the condo, there was yet more information waiting. Also, when we arrived, there was someone there to meet us, and she thoroughly reviewed all of the features of the condo.
Addirtuiinallg, when I had a wallet stolen on the train/subway, and asked him for advice, he sent someone to personally drive us to police headquarters to file a report.
Finally, he arranged for a driver to take us to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The view from the porch was amazing. It was so nice to have an outdoor space. It was easy to access the metro and good restaurants. The bakery on the corner had the best pastry I ate in Rome. We would definitely stay here again.

We thought the location was excellent. It felt like we were part of a small, friendly neighbourhood (close to bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets) but the Vatican was only about 20 minutes away. Metro stops are very close but if you're fit and have comfortable shoes, all the main attractions are reachable on foot. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we returned to Rome.

From the first contact with Vincenza, everything was as smooth as silk. Her apartment is spotless and in a fantastic location. Vincenza allowed us to leave our luggage while they cleaned after the previous occupants left. She had an English speaking assistant with her who easily translated for both of us. They explained so many things about the apartment and Rome in general. I cannot express enough how clean this apartment is. It’s so lovely and comfortable and very near the train station. With their recommendations, we bought a 3 day pass and rode the train or bus all over Rome. Grab this lovely space now if it’s available for your visit to Rome. Don’t pay attention to any negative comments about this space. Anything said is extremely minor and won’t affect your stay at all. The location is safe and there’s a wonderful coffee/pastry shop across the street where we had breakfast every day. If I ever return to Rome I’ll hope I can stay here again. Ciao Vincenza!

Vincenza the owner was so helpful. Beautiful view of St. Peter’s in nice neighborhood. The main entrance to the building seven floors down needs a little work but the apartment itself is wonderful and in nice location especially if you want to do things in Vatican City.

We stayed in Vincenza’s apartment in Rome during the last week of April 2023.
Vincenza is an excellent host. She communicated with us throughout the booking process, and was always very kind and responsive to our questions. She also arranged a driver to meet us at the airport when we flew in, and take us directly to the apartment. Very helpful after a long flight. The apartment is even more amazing then the pictures show. The long balcony overlooks the back walls of the Vatican. You can see the dome of the church extending above the walls. The apartment is bright, very nicely decorated, has large rooms, a comfortable bed, black-out blinds, fast internet, and all the amenities we could ask for in a holiday home. It was very comfortable living there during our stay. We spent many mornings and evenings sitting on that balcony with our food and drink.
It is in a working-class family neighbourhood just one minute from Via Cipro. There is a large CO-OP Grocery Store literally around the corner, as well as a pharmacy across the street. There are restaurants, meat shops, bakeries, wine stores and my favourite La Pasticceria Siciliana di Roma within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. The Cipro Metro Station is an easy 10 minutes walk.
Vincenza also arranged for the same driver to take us to Termini when we were leaving. Very helpful.
This apartment was an excellent choice for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we get back to Rome. Thank you, Vincenza.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, we loved this apartment. We were met by the owner at check in and shown all of the features of this beautifully appointed and spotless home. We were close to transit and minutes from the Vatican, a focus of our visit to Rome. When we asked questions of the owner, she responded quickly with excellent information. This apartment on the top floor was very nice and comfortable. We loved all the fun colors of the decorations. The host was excellent in assisting us with transportation and anything else we needed. It was a very short walk to the Metro station that we used very often. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the flat and location. Close to Cipro Metro; just a few short stops to everything. Nice restaurants, cafes and grocers just off our doorstep. Balconies were nice, with views of St. Peter's and everyday life in Rome's suburb. We eventually began to forgo the evening metro ride home just so we could walk along the Tevere, across the bridge and past St. Peter's. Nice evening stroll. Perfect! Vincenza's property is perfectly situated within the city, down the street from the Vatican. The apartment is on the 7th floor with a view of St. Peter's Dome. It's close to a transportation, a market, restaurants and cafes. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry was very handy. Vincenzo and family were wonderful hosts and there to answer all of our questions. I will book this property again for our next visit to Rome!

After a careful search for a place to stay in Roma and after checking all the reviews, we decided to rent Vincenza's lovely property. The apartment was most accomidating and in a very nice residential area of Rome. We will most definately stay in this modern apartment again.
Everything was perfect; the management, the shopping, the parking garage, the restaurants all were amazing, just as advertised.
We feel like we have a second home when staying in Rome.
