Very nice place with all the facilities I needed. Good location at walking distance from the city centre. Friendly host. I felt very welcome. :)
A few times noisy neighbours when they came back at night, but this is unavoidable in a place like this.

the property was was very clean and well equipped for a short stay with a comfortable,cosy bed and it’s location was excellent.

The location in relation to the old city is great. The bed was very comfortable.
The apartment is on the ground floor so it was dark due to having to keep the curtains closed much of the time. The apartment has a musty, moldy smell emanating from the bathroom. It is also a 31 minute walk from the Bologna Central train station.

The apartment is lovely! Very colorful and modern! The location is great, 12 minute walk to the historical center. There are coffee and grocery shops around the apartment. We had shower supplies and coffee from the host. We even had a nice chalkboard welcoming us. The host was really nice and answered quickly on booking messages. Bed was comfy, i had the best sleep in a week in Italy.

The bed was incredibly noisy. You could just turn around and wa
ke up with the noise. It is a nuisance to sleep . If they change it the apartment will be much better.

He was very kind and helped us with arranging a taxi to pick us for the departure.

location was good.
All of furniters are too old. AC was not working and room was cold at night. Door of bathroom is locked and we tried to open with fork.

The property was decorated nicely and well located. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Lots of nice touches, and everything you might need for short or longer stays. Very clean. Nice host. I would have liked to give it an 8.5, but that was not an option.
The property is on the ground floor, and it can be very noisy when people come and go from the building, especially at night. There were two windows that opened on to an exterior light-shaft area where various buildings intersected. So, there was very little natural light, and there was no privacy if the curtains were open. The only thing that was missing from the apartment was a reading light by the sofa area.
