Nestled in Florence, this lovely condo for $659 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Luxury apartment, about 85 m2 located on the 6th and top floor of a historic Florentine building overlooking the Duomo, Bell Tower and Baptistery. Completely renovated, equipped with lift, air conditioning, single heating, wi-fi, all the fine furnishings, it is composed of: 1 double bedroom with view of the Duomo and bell tower with armchair, desk, cable and satellite TV; 1 bedroom overlooking the Duomo and Bell Tower with two single beds and exclusive bathroom, equipped with a sofa, desk, cable TV; entrance; 2nd bathroom; 1 living room with double sofa bed, cable and satellite TV; 1 fully equipped kitchen; 1 technical compartment with pill and washer dryer. Thanks to a small staircase you reach the upper floor where we find a large shared terrace with panoramic views over most of the city. From the terrace you have the impression of touching the Duomo, the Campanile and the Baptistery of Florence, located a few meters from the building. The central area allows you to enjoy all the services of the city of Florence such as: the historic center with its countless monuments, prestigious shops, restaurants, bars, department stores. The area is also served by taxi service, car rental, bike rental and more. We can safely summarize it all with the phrase 'Florence in the palm of your hand'.

We had a wonderful stay - very walkable and close to everything. We were able to drop our luggage off early. Our host was wonderful and even left us a bottle of wine and basket of fruit. The rooftop is really nice, the air conditioning worked great, the building was safe and secure. Highly recommend.

Beautiful air-conditioned apartment close to the Duomo and walkable to many sites including the Academia and Uffuzi Museums. Easy trip from train station by taxi. AllēSandra met us and gave a thorough introduction and tour. Lovely rooftop terrace with gorgeous evening views of the city where we enjoyed a glass of wine. Restaurants nearby. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The hosts were so lovely providing wine, water and fruit upon our delayed arrival. The apartment is very clean, secure and just as the photos. The a/c was appreciated after a day in the heat. The bed was very comfortable. The shared terrace was a haven in the evenings with glorious views. The location is within walking distance to everything we wanted to visit (gardens, museums, tram to airport, duomo, shopping) and was very easy to navigate to and from. Many great restaurants close by. I would highly recommend and return.

This apartment is very charming and in a great location, within very short walking distance to restaurants and shops (some right across the street). We were also able to walk to the top attractions in Florence in 10 - 15 minutes. And the rooftop terrace is just as beautiful as the pictures!
The communication leading up to the visit was wonderful, and the checkin process was very smooth. Francesca met us at the apartment and walked us through everything we needed. They had a bottle of wine, a bowl of fresh fruit, and a large bottle of much-needed cold water for us. Francesca was also available to us with any questions we had throughout the stay, related to the apartment itself and also some other general Florence questions we had.
Our only two (minor) complaints would be (1) the listing showed the apartment having a washing machine, but it didn't, and (2) the air conditioning didn't cool as much as we would have liked on such hot days. (Please note that the property manager is trying to work with VRBO to update the listing about the washing machine, but we didn't know that at the time of booking).
Overall, a lovely apartment in a lovely area of a lovely city.

A beautiful clean place within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Florence. The building had an elevator which is a luxury in these older cities. They provided coffee machine WITH multiple types of coffee in the fully equipped kitchen with everything a person might need. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable too. View from upstairs terrace is fabulous.
Might want to take some kind of white noice machine if you are sensitive to bells ringing at 7 am.
There is no washer dryer though the description listed ons. We were in the middle of a 15 day trip so needed to wash a few things but we improvised and used our travel clothes line to dry them.
I cannot say enough good things about the great communication with the owner and property management!! Always quick response.

This property is absolutely immaculate in every sense. It's clean, comfortable and close to all the beautiful and amazing Florence has to offer. Communication with the host was excellent. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely Alessandra whom showed us all around the property and the lovely terrace overlooking the dome. They even left for us a basket of fruits and wine! It was perfection. Highly recommend this property, we can't wait to come back to it.

Great condo in a great location! Everything we needed was offered. Cute decor and we felt at home. Roof top balcony was amazing! Great views from our windows and balcony! Location was walking distance from everything. It was a little noisy at night, so bring your earplugs if your a light sleeper. We would definitely book again!

My husband and I, along with our 27 year old son, thoroughly enjoyed our seven-night stay at this well-appointed, comfortable and convenient “home away from home”. We were warmly greeted by Alessandra, who oriented us to the apartment and the neighborhood, and checked up on us twice during our stay. (The wine and fruit was a welcome touch after a long trip!) Despite a few cold and rainy days, we always felt warm and cozy after returning from a long day of walking and taking in the sights. Fortunately we had a few lovely evenings to take in the stunning view of Florence from the rooftop with a glass of wine! Having a well-equipped kitchen allowed us to have breakfast and make one or two dinners at home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect and we were never more than a 20 minute walk to everything we wanted to do and see. Well done Crescenzo!

I booked the apartment for my daughter and boyfriend as we were also traveling Europe. We would meet up with them for one day and then go to Sicily, which is why I booked the 2 bedroom apartment. Owner was very accommodating with us staying at the apartment without extra charge for the one night and owner was very accommodating on the early arrival. The roof deck is really a nice place for an early evening cocktail hour with superb views of Florence and the Duomo. The Apartment has adequate living room and kitchen and the bedrooms/baths ate excellent. Bed comfort also very good. This is a 5 star rental in the perfect location.

We loved our stay in Florence! This trip was originally planned for October of 2020. Crescenzo was extremely flexible allowing us to postpone to 2021, then again to 2022. Culla di Dane was worth the wait! Communication leading up to the trip was very clear, and Allesandra was extremely helpful at check in and for any question during the week. This is a great, central location to roam Florence. Take advandage of the sunsets on the rooftop, as well as the beautiful views day or night.

My daughters and I spent 5 glorious days at La Culla di Dante which was steps away from the Duomo! The apartment was immaculate and beautifully furnished. Allessandra was sweet and friendly and always available if needed. The rooftop view of the Duomo and city landscape was Magestic where we were able to enjoy the view with some nice Italian wine provided by Host. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Florence.

We spent the last 5 days in Florence and it was fantastic. The apartment cannot be placed in a better location, with access to museums, restaurants, garden's you name it all in close walking proximity. The roof top patio is a great place to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. The list of restaurants that were given, each one out did the other. The Litani brothers restaurants get our top rating. Of course Alessandra was awesome and full of information and always with a smile.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for our 4 day stay in Florence! It is so conveniently located, just steps away from the Duomo, restaurants, and all the sights! The apartment is lovely, in a safe and excellent location, very clean, has amazing air conditioning which was so appreciated, and has a wonderful rooftop terrace from which to enjoy the gorgeous views of Florence. We spent most evenings up there with a bottle of wine, enjoying the sunset.
Allesandra met us at the apartment with a smile and a bottle of prosecco for our anniversary which was so thoughtful. We loved our stay here!

Lovely two bedroom two bathroom steps from the Duomo. Air con in all rooms and it works great. Nice kitchen with updated appliances. Just no stove. The hosts were absolutely lovely. Very responsive prior to our check in date. And met us upon arrival to show us around the apartment. They even left us with a large fresh fruit platter and a bottle of red wine to picnic with on the rooftop terrace which is accessed from across the hallway from the apartment and up a flight of stairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Really lovely apartment with everything you need! I would recommend NOT coming in with a car - parking is problematic in the area. Beds are comfy, AC works well in extreme heat (106!) and overall was a good experience.

Ideal location
This beautiful apartment was located next to the Duomo and in the middle of everything. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. The rooftop deck was incredible - we could sit out at night and enjoy the view of Florence and the Duomo. I wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts were very responsive and very nice. Thank you!

This was a lovely, comfortable apartment in a nice building, in a terrific location, close to all the sites in Florence. Our only beef is that the mattresses were not nearly as comfortable as home.

This apartment is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The location is so close to the Doumo , you can see it from a window as welll as an amazing rooftop patio. The place is impeccable but what really makes it special, is the personal touch that Alessandra puts in it. We will definitely be back!

Stunning Apartment
We absolutely loved our stay in Florence. Crescenzo‘s apartment was impeccable, and the rooftop views were amazing. Everything went wonderfully, from the booking to our leaving. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer. This is a true five star rental, and will be our only place for future visits. Ciao

Beautiful room right next to the Duomo! The roof top is incredible and communication was perfect despite the language gap. My wife and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and we could not have asked for a more romantic place to stay. PS the Sofia Lauren restaurant across the street may look like a tourist trap, but they actually have some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! If you are headed to Florence, you couldn’t be in better hands.

We are on a 7 city EuroTrip and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed! They were so friendly and accommodating from greeting us to walking us through everything at the apartment.
