Beautiful, newly renovated apartment in the city center with air conditioning and Wi-Fi in all rooms, located in a famous building near the North Cadorna station, Sempione Park, Castello Sforzesco, and the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, where you can admire Leonardo da Vinci’s “The Last Supper.” The apartment is available for exclusive rental or as a room with a shared bathroom.
This brand-new, recently renovated apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator. It is equipped with air conditioning and consists of: two bedrooms with a double bed or two single beds, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and a double sofa bed, for a total of 4/6 beds.
The price per night for the entire apartment is 120 euros, plus a 100-euro security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay.
The rent includes everything: sheets, pillowcases, towels, and kitchen equipment, as well as electricity and water usage and Wi-Fi.
It is a characteristic building in old Milan, with large windows, strategically located just a few steps from the Concilia MM1 station, nestled among historic and Art Nouveau-style buildings. Within walking distance, you can reach Leonardo da Vinci’s “The Last Supper,” the Triennale Design Museum, where in the evening there are various nightlife spots and entertainment venues, all set within the beautiful Parco Sempione, dominated by the Castello Sforzesco. Also nearby is the Museum of Science and Technology, where you can see aircraft and submarines and continue on to the medieval tower, which houses the Museum of Torture and the historic church of Milan, Sant’Ambrogio, dedicated to the city’s patron saint.
The apartment is located in a strategic area for discovering the real Milan, shop on nearby Corso Vercelli, or take advantage of the many restaurants and bars in the area that offer a generous buffet during the traditional Milanese Happy Hour, where you can enjoy a wide variety of drinks and a generous buffet that lets you sample a selection of Italian and international cuisine.

Great location. Close to the Da Vinci Science Museum and The Last Supper. Close to shopping and markets and a quick subway ride to the Duomo di Milano and the Galleria mall. Also very close to the station to catch the Malpensa Express train to the airport too. The 2nd bedroom actually has 4 single beds rather than a double which worked out even better for our family! Aldo is very helpful host.

Beautiful property in a perfect location - you can easily walk to many sites or hop on a tram or metro (which we often did because it was so hot). The apartment also has A/C, which is pretty rare in Milan and a real lifesaver during the unrelenting heat wave. A really nice bonus is that the apartment is equipped with everything you need, including food, drinks and shampoo etc. It's so nice after a travel day to land in a lovely home, with a snack and drink on hand! Last but not least, the owner was always available and lovely to deal with.
