Our stay at Beatrice’s was flawless from start to finish. She has excellent, prompt communication and was always available. She made a dinner reservation at a near by seafood restaurant that was one of the best meals of our trip.We also booked a catered meal with Beatrice and her partner Samuele, which was a highlight of our entire trip. Highly recommend anyone who stays here to do the same!The house and grounds are larger and more beautiful than the photos show. The view of the rolling hills, especially from the pool area is something I will think of often. There are olive trees, huge rosemary bushes, cactus and flowers all over the property. You’ll see local birds, little lizards and the odd cat on the property. Something our young kid’s enjoyed very much. Beatrice’s home had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The house is a mix of modern and classic old world charm. It has been beautifully restored.I am so happy we chose to stay here and would love to return in the future.

We were halfway through a month travelling in Italy and wanted a quiet secluded villa to relax for a week. Il Noce is beautifully kept and the infinity swimming pool with views over the Tuscan hills is stunning. A truly memorable and fantastic week relaxing eating and drinking in a beautiful setting. Beatrice was a fantastic host and we would recommend the villa.

Zeer rustig gelegen huis met mooi uitzicht en zwembad. Heel vriendelijke gastvrouw.
Het huis ligt wel op het einde van een of-road weg, dus iets minder geschikt voor de Ferrari-eigenaars 😉
