About this apartment rental
The apartment is in the historical centre of Florence, in the Oltrarno district, ideally located within walking distance to the main sights of the City Centre (Boboli Gardens, Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio are all within 10 minutes ' walk). If you don't want to go by feet, the bus stop is 50 meters away and in just 5minutes you will be in Piazza Duomo. The apartment, on the ground floor of an ancient Palace is recently renovated and is furnished with care and attention to detail; it comprises entrance hall, living room with sofa bed with two single beds, fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom, bathroom with shower and window and inner court. Sleeps up to 4 adults and a baby. It is equipped with heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, telephone, ADSL WiFi connection, all included in the price.

Great property .1 miles to grocery, .2 miles to restaurants, .5 miles to the river and 1 mile to all major city sites. Host was wonderful with quick communication, great knowledge of local area, and a nice welcome gift to WOW us! Would definitely stay here again!

“We had an absolutely delightful stay at Chica di Boboli in Florence. The apartment exudes historic charm—every corner is beautifully maintained and cozy, with a sense of old-world elegance. The air conditioning in each room cooled the whole apartment perfectly .The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the Boboli Gardens and the heart of Florence. We had an excellent time here. The apartment is well located, close to Boboli gardens and lots of great restaurants. We will certainly look to stay here in the future.

The property was in an excellent location close to great restaurants and green spaces and very quiet at night . It was a walk away from the bridge over the river and into the heart of the main attractions .
