Interesting and historic area and great location for exploring the city. So much on the doorstep. A few minutes walk to the cathedrals and Lime Street station. Half an hour to walk to Royal Albert Dock and Liver Building with lots of interest along the way. Ubers were cheap and plentiful.
Although it was generally a very quiet area there was sometimes noise in the street as people walked home from the city centre after a night out. You probably can't fit double glazing to those beautiful Georgian windows. Street parking is very expensive but we got good value for money at the ParkBee multi-storey in Heathfield Street about 10 minutes walk away.

The property is beautiful, spotlessly clean and really felt like a home away from home. We had an internet issue, messaged Charlie and managed to sort it quickly (which was a relief with an 18 year old social media addict 🙈)
If I had to say something it would be the dripping kitchen tap and maybe provide more bath towels as we didn’t have enough for the 2 nights and there was no way of drying them when it’s too warm for the heating

Good location. The apartment was well stocked and clean.
On arrival found a broken toilet seat, which was reported to the owners. We were informed it would be replaced but no-one attended to replace the broken seat.
