Heron Suite is a part of Southernmost Sanctuary, which can be rented all together for larger groups. Up to four can stay here. A kitchenette, cable TV, and free WiFi will help you feel right at home. Duval Street's famous eateries, bars, and shopping are within walking distance. Park your car on the street outside your rental and walk a few blocks to Southernmost Point for that famous photo opportunity and quality beach time. You'll also find a cafe, convenience store, a gift shop, and a scooter and bike rental place all on the same block as your vacation home. Even better is the fact South Beach is a mere three blocks away. Soak away the day in one of the property's shared hot tubs, sheltered under a tree canopy. The surrounding patio space provides your setup for grilling out and enjoying dinner outside. On the warmest days, you'll be able to cool down in central air conditioning inside the suite. Rent this suite for your romantic Key West getaway, or simply a weekend with a couple of friends! The Sanctuary has individual private entrances to each rental and the common walkways are outdoors. THINGS TO KNOW This home uses e-locks for an easy and quick contact-free check-in. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: No parking available. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. 2 blocks from the southernmost point and easily walkable to all the sites. checkin was easy, the hot tub was perfect, and the interior was great.

This was our first time in Key West and it did not disappoint. The cottage was great. A perfect location. If you are looking for fun this is your place. It is located directly across the street from a sweet little outside bar that offered live music in the afternoon and again in the evening. If you are looking for a quiet secluded area. It was nice just sitting on the porch listening to music and watching people.

This was our first time renting a Vrbo so we didn’t know what to expect. Well, our little cottage (as I called it) was absolutely wonderful. The Heron Suite is perfect for any couple. The location is great for everything you need or want to do. Can’t wait to plan our next trip!!

The location was perfect in the quieter end of Key West. Loved the front porch to listen to live music and watch people walk by. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. Place was very clean and bed was very comfortable.

Vary nice area to stay. Close to everything but far enough to be quite. The only thing I would say is even though we didn’t have a problem, there should be at least one designated parking spot for the renter to park in. The delivery trucks for the little store next door think they have the right to the parking marked for the cars also so sometimes they get a little irritated when we park in our designated area. Overall very nice area where you could sit & listen to music from the bar across the street in the evening (wasn’t too loud).

Easy booking, easy check in, lovely to have the store on the corner and a bar/liquor store directly across the street. Bummed about the beaches with in walking distance, bad time of year with the sea grass and smell. Great beach a little over a mile away. Parking sucks, I know there is no listed parking but, seemed a bit ridiculous to have to pay EVERY where even after paying for the day in a lot…. Seems like you could pay for the day and use any lot on the island instead of paying EVERY location, especially since it’s the same company all over the island. A fan on the porch would have been heaven. Found a cracked wine glass in the cabinet. Noticed when we got plates out of the cabinet. The cable box/tv could have been presented much better, seemed like an after thought in execution. Definitely need better explanation about the hot tubs, I got told thru the text agent that a hot tub was not part of our cottage. Agent said they would check on it but never got back to me with a definite answer, poor communication there. Overall, everything is in good working order. Decent location to things, easy to get a cab to get to the other side of the island where most of the activity is, beware, they will drive in a more scenic route, not the most direct. Make sure you are familiar with where you want to go to avoid over charge. There is a map booklet out front of the cottage for ease of familiarity.

The location was great close to Duval and the Southernmost point. Live music directly across the street nightly.. with bar and liquor store. Easy to check in and out. The mattress and pull out couch mattress needs to be replaced. No Wifi for 2 days

This was the perfect place to spend two nights in Key West. It is clean, well-kept, has a fridge/stove/microwave, has cable, and also has three hot tubs shared by others staying in the suites but away from the street surrounded by a lot of foliage so it seems completely secluded. This was the perfect place to spend two nights in Key West. This unit works. It's in a good location as far as being able to get around on foot or bike. I wasn't crazy about being in such a busy spot (road and bar across the street) and wish the outdoor space was better, but for the price it was decent enough.

We also rented bikes right around the corner which was convenient. We had a curfew due to COVID-19 for New Years but sat on the porch and watched all the activity. Nice little pocket park a couple bLocks away at the end of Duval to check out the beach, sunrise and sunset. Is also recommend going to MLK community center pool a couple blocks away to swim.

Perfectly located suite in Key West
Great location near beach, Duval St, Southernmost Point, and other attractions. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Very comfortable with all necessary amenities. Highly recommend it!

Heron suite opens directly onto Simeonton St
The picture makes this room look like its in a garden and has a sitting area in a courtyard. The Heron suite opens up directly onto Simonton St and dirctly across the street from a popular bar. I would not have rented this unit had I known.

Great Location!
We were just in the area for one night, but the location was perfect! It's super close to Duval St and the Southernmost Point of the Continental US. Check-in/Check-out was super easy. It had everything we needed and we were very happy with our stay.
