About this condo rental
This unit is a 2-story ocean front condo with beautiful panoramic views of both the Ocean and Bay from the living room and both bedrooms. At night you can see the hotels at Bethany and the Indian River bridge at the Delaware Inlet. The condo sleeps 8 comfortably: Master Bedroom has a King bed, Bedroom 2 has a Twin bed and a Queen bed, new full pullout sofa and new twin pullout love seat in the living room. The full kitchen is stocked to meet all your needs including Keurig, and coffee maker. FREE Comcast and WiFi. Full size washer and dryer inside the unit. Many amenities on the property including an indoor/ outdoor heated pools, sauna, game room with pool tables,ping pong table room, onsite convenience store/deli, tennis court, and 24hr on site security. NO SMOKING, or PETS please. Also I DO NOT rent out to Seniors for senior week.

Everything was nice. The owner provided all supplies. Toilet paper, paper towels,dish soap,garbage bags, plastic wrap, laundry detergent, etc. Enough for the whole week not just sample sizes. Never stayed at a place that provided that much supplies. The pool was nice the buiding was nice.

The place at the Quay was very nice and was described accurately. Only issue we had was the dryer would not dry clothes throughly (even with just a few pieces in the dryer). Also the upholstery had some stains on them but that may have been from previous renters. The condo was cleaned before check in. The View was great but staircase took a lot of getting used to. If someone had an leg injury they would not be able to use the steep staircase

This condo was perfect for 5 adults, and was both comfortable and well-stocked with the things we needed to spend a week in OC. The Quay is a busy place in the summer with lots of people coming in-and-out, but the beach location is tough to beat. Overall had a great stay and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Property was wonderful. Comfortable furniture and nicely equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds with lots of extra pillows. Very spacious with outstanding views. Condo building was in a great location, very peaceful and quiet. 2 bathrooms with a nice sized tub to soak in. Overall very pleasant, relaxing stay. The Owner Eric made us feel like family. My family and I will definitely, book this condo again in the future. Loved all the amenities in the condo and on the building property.

This condo is unique in that it has 2 levels. The views of the ocean and the bay are spectacular. The owner was very good with his communication. The condo has been well maintained, and the own supplies paper and cleaning products, which is a nice bonus, and not typical, in our experience of renting in OC for many years. The building is also well maintained and parking was easy. It has a nice swimming pool.

Great condo, great location. Easy walk to the beach. Condo had everything needed for cooking meals, as well as all paper products! View was beautiful of ocean and bay. Erich communicated well before the stay. Didn’t need anything at all while we were there. Lots of stair comments in reviews so I’ll mention it was no trouble at all taking our big luggage around to the outside stairs.

It was wonderful. Eric’s unit is beautifully decorated and the cleanest unit I’ve ever stayed in. We’ll stay here again…. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else! It was wonderful. Eric’s unit is beautifully decorated and the cleanest unit I’ve ever stayed in. We’ll stay here again…. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Eric was always available for questions and so kind and accommodating. The views are outrageous! We loved it here…. In my almost 50 years the best unit in every way that I’ve stayed in. NO BALCONY!!!! We enjoyed our stay, however something needs to be done about the steps. No full grown adult should have to navigate up and down the steps. With your luggage is damn near impossible to do. The sofa in the living room could use some upgrading. We had the conveniences of home which we appreciates. But a few upgrades are needed.

Overall very nice place and owner was very responsive. View and location were great. The only reason for an overall rating of 4 vs. 5 was the narrow winding stairs going to the 2nd floor. These were hard to navigate for my wife. Otherwise great place.

It was perfect for me and my boyfriend my 13 yr old son and my now 12 yr old daughter. We took her for her 12th bday the building had a lil arcade right on the beach we even got to watch a wedding at the building next door... Wide open windows for the views. It was really like our home for the 3 days will deff be returning in the future and as often as possible!

Awesome view
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the location is in a great part of North OC. The view was a constant pleasure morning to night. The only issue we had was that the spiral staircase is very narrow and steep, so going up and down with an infant was difficult. We often went out the top floor door and walked down the exit stairs and back in the 25th floor door. Eric was great to communicate with and we had no other issues.

Our family had such a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect; very spacious, fully equipped kitchen and amazing views of both the ocean and the bay. The location and property were great. A lot of restaurants and things to do within a close proximity. The Quay staff were always so nice and helpful and the pools and game room kept our children occupied and happy when we weren’t on the beach. Eric, the property owner, was great to work with and provided everything needed to ensure an easy, hassle free checkin and relaxing stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Ocean City!!

Our family had such a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect; very spacious, fully equipped kitchen and amazing views of both the ocean and the bay. The location and property were great. A lot of restaurants and things to do within a close proximity. The Quay staff were always so nice and helpful and the pools and game room kept our children occupied and happy when we weren’t on the beach. 1.Entering the property we found that the property was not cleaned.
After getting on the phone with owner we were told that cleaning team will come, but it will take 45 min. That was the case.
2. We could not get TV channels displayed. I went for help to security but , but the channels were still not switchable. I got on a phone with owner, and after some troubleshooting, and another visit from security that was fixed.
Needed: a welcome packet with listing of TV setting up instructions.

The views were amazing. On-site parking and beach access were fantastic. I knew about the spiral staircase, but it was still tricky to navigate with luggage. The outdoor pool closing at 5pm was a let down. This is obviously not the owner’s fault. Overall, it was a great unit and would rent again.

Great for families with kids (4-6people)
Clean condo, actually looks even better in person than the pics! Amazing view of the ocean, and can also see the bay. Owner responded to me quickly the entire process. Great, quiet location as well as it’s a couple miles away from the busy boardwalk. We were able to get free parking on the street near the boardwalk.

Eric is an excellent host. Made us feel right at home. Beautiful views of the Ocean and Bay. Would definitely do over.
