Our Beautiful, 2,000 SF SkyLoft Townhome has an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with a large open living space on the main floor. SkyLoft is conveniently located just a few blocks from the south slope of Asheville, just minutes from a cadre of local breweries, restaurants, music venues and the Asheville Tourists ballpark. Two private balconies have picturesque views of both downtown and mountains. A travel crib is available UPON REQUEST. The interior is finished with modern and eclectic furnishings and fixtures, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and wood floors. For remote workers, our home has a cozy desk area with a printer. This is an ideal location to enjoy your Smoky Mountain adventures, and come home to the comforts and excitement of downtown Asheville.

We booked this trip for a family Christmas trip to Asheville and Biltmore with our two grown sons, so we wanted space! Property was awesome - super clean, modern with great interior design, bright and sunny! Access to Biltmore, Biltmore Village and Downtown Asheville easy and quick. Communication with Jessica, the Property Manager, was top-notch. I felt secure in my booking my from initial communication with Jessica. Her responsiveness, attention to detail and welcome to the home was fantastic!

Close to almost everything we wanted to see! Quiet complex. Clean and a great open concept on main floor. Quick response to questions. We used street parking and had no problems with getting a spot.

This lovely townhome was perfect for a fun and relaxing 4-day stay in Asheville. The floor plan was perfect for the four of us as all three bedrooms were spacious and so well decorated. And the large patio/deck off of the living room was an ideal place to enjoy the nice weather, catch up with some great conversation, and have a casual dinner outside.
The location was also conveniently located to the downtown and other attractions.

This was the perfect place to stay with friends for a weekend in Asheville! In the perfect location, it's only a ten-minute walk to the Southslope district, and even closer to the baseball stadium. It's a beautiful home, and the property manager, Jessica, was great to work with!

Beautiful home with lovely local touches. Very roomy main floor and master suite. Great location, we walked to downtown Asheville once or more most days. The host was very communicative and accommodating. I definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We have spent a lot of time in the Asheville area and this was one of our favorite places in terms of convenience (it seems like it's 5-15 minutes from all the places you want to be!). Very clean, very easy. There were several bears in the area so just be aware when you are out walking (which we did a lot as town is walkable as long as hills aren't an issue for you), but they were not aggressive. We would definitely recommend this place. Happy memories, lovely stay.

We had a lovely long weekend in Asheville. The location of this home was ideal for us. Quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to great restaurants, breweries and shopping. House was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Beautiful patio deck which was nice for morning coffee as we listened to the birds. You will not be disappointed with this listing. Would definitely stay again if we are in Asheville!

Good location within walking distance to the downtown amenities, and the South Slope. Well-equipped 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with two decks, abundant space in the great room/kitchen, and excellent parking including a garage space for two cars and bikes. Easily accommodates three couples or a large family.

We were in for a long weekend and had a great stay. It was a three minute drive to all of the Asheville action. It could be walkable if you're able. We drove. Parking isn't the best so Uber/Lyft is a better option.
This place is even better than the pictures. You won't be disappointed!!

This house was perfectly located. We were in town to do breweries for our sons 21st birthday and were able to walk to many places. The house itself was very nice and exactly what we needed. We will be staying here again if we come back into town.

We had a sibling trip here, with an added husband, and the space was perfect for us! The kitchen is nicely stocked, and there was plenty of hang out space. The location is excellent, the master bedroom was very nice, we would definitely rent here again, and hope to be back!

Loved the location and overall feel of the townhome! Great place to work remote for a scenery change and still close to everything to enjoy in the evenings. The bed/sheets were so comfortable! My only recommendation would be to swap out the sofa/blankets for hypoallergenic. The sofa was made of down feathers which I’m allergic to which made it difficult to relax in the living room space. Jessica was amazingly responsive and accommodating, def the best host I’ve ever encountered. Thanks for the great stay!

This property is a great place to stay near downtown Asheville. It is modern, clean, spacious and in a great location. If I could live in Asheville I would live in a place like this. The kitchen is well appointed and living room comfortable. Staying in this townhome is a pleasure and we will return again.

Stayed here for a family wedding. Everything was just as described. Great communication with the property manager who was able to accommodate us a little early so we could get ready for the evening event. The place is clean and spacious. We had a car but did walk into town one day quite easily—great location. Would definitely recommend stay here!

Wonderfully outfitted, comfortable home. Convenient to all Asheville has to offer. Exactly as pictured & described in the listing. Clear, concise instructions for arrival & departure. Available, but not pushy property management. Only slight complaint is that garage was difficult to get in & out of with a large SUV. Plentiful parking on the street if needed.

This was a birthday trip for my mother in law and sister in laws, six of us in all. First of all Jessica was an amazing communicator from reservation to arrival and check out. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the home and all necessary items to make our stay so comfortable! The size of the home and layout were perfect for us all to feel right at home. The closeness to the Biltmore, Downtown, and The Grove Park Inn all within 8-10 minutes made our visit so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful. We walked to several of the south slope breweries as well as downtown. The home had everything we needed. The pictures are accurate. Jessica was very responsive . We look forward to staying here again.

Siblings reunion to explore Asheville found this property to be very clean, spaces updated and inviting, and communication with property manager top notch. Location was central ... and even easily walked from downtown one afternoon! We especially loved the main level, covered porch for our morning coffee sipping and happy hours in late afternoon. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great experience in Asheville while staying at the sky loft. It was clean and provided a great touch down spot while experiencing the city. The location was a short walk to food and drink spots. The communication with the property manager was good and they even sent updates of nearby events during our stay.
