Odaları geniş ve temiz

İki kız arkadaş 3 gece konakladık.Resepsiyondaki arkadaş ve temizlik ile ilgilenen arkadaş çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü.Bize her konuda yardımcı oldular.Otelin konumu çok merkezi zaten.Sadece tramvay yolu üzerinde olduğu için biraz ses geliyor.Odanın genişliği ,temizliği,banyonun büyüklüğü beklentimizi karşıladı.Saat 10 dan sonra resepsiyonda görevli olmuyor ama oda kattınız ile bütün girişleri açabiliyorsunuz.Bir daha gelirsek kalacağımız yer belli .Teşekkür ederiz .

Exceptional

The location was amazing - about 2 minutes to the Duomo and the room was a good size and very modern.

The road outside was noisy but probably because it was so central.

Lovely stay in lovely location and accommodation. Well organised!

Centre of the city close to the Dome and restaurants and shops and metro

Parking only in expensive parking, but its what you can expect in the city centre

Great location, almost too good... they had a concert nearby when we were there so streets leading to the property were blocked off for a day so it made getting back to the hotel a little difficult on one of the days we were there. Apart from that, the location is superb!

Being chased the night before to pay, they had my credit card details already and could have waited till I checked out which was 10am the next morning, well within the check out time. Perhaps they could have asked me on check-in when I'd be checking out and not bother me, the reception is literally two steps from the front desk so it made me feel they were solving for their convenience instead of taking my needs into account.

The staff were friendly and helpful; and the room was spotlessly clean. The location was a stone throw from the Duomo and had easy access to metro and trams.

Very noisy at night due to trams however this is part of staying so close to everything and didnt take away from our enjoyable stay.

this is not a proper hotel. second floor of a office building turned into private rooms but with no support or services. bathrooms: not provided with proper shampoo/conditioner; the overhead shower did not work and they have painted the walls and floor of the shower areas so it was peeling and mildewy. rooms: can hear ALL noises in the other rooms around you and in hallway

Bed and pillows were extremely comfy, good shower, great location

We are older, so it was difficult dealing with the heavy outer door. Also there were no food or snacks.

Close to Duomo, public transpo & felt safe. A little bare bones but adequate. Staff was friendly.

Felt safe, had two coffee and pastry shops very close by. Duomo was a 5 min walk away, so location was great. Arrived early and staff held our luggage, so we could take a tour.

The hotel is located inside a big building and had no "store front" so we were not sure we had actually arrived at the hotel. Some signs on the street, noting the location of the hotel - and how to get into the hotel, would have been muchly appreciated.

poor, except for central location/ NOT a boutique hotel-

the bed was comfortable/ location by the Duomo/

strange! it should not be called Boutique!!! all it is is a series of maybe 10 rooms on the 2nd floor of a Commercial building with offices !!! the reception is a 2 m by 1 m space!!! - the bathroom is small and mediocre- its main light above the sink was not working during my 6 days stay! reminded me of hotel de passe, rooms to rent by the hour!!!

Good if you want to stay in the very center

Perfect location - 3 min to the Duomo walking. Very friendly staff. Nice room.

The room was overlooking the tram line, even with closed windows at night and morning we could hear it quite loud. We had to request a room change as there was a bad smell in the bathroom; second room was ok.

Great place to stay.

Location was great it is at the heard of the city and nearly 2 minutes walk to Duomo. It was my fiirst time in Milan and becuse of the location of the hotel I felt lucky. The room was great and big enough to live in. I think there is only one problem with the hotel ie. trams' sound and I think you will never mind this problem since the other facilities that it serves exceed your expectations. staff was great and hotel was safe enough you do not feel yourself unsecure. please be noted it is not a real hotel with the reception and other facilities in. it is like one floor hotel with only rooms side by side and a small receiption where recptionists are always away from there. You should search for the hotel since there is no sign or private entrance for it. you will find the hotel in the 1st floor not in the ground floor but in any case if you are looking for a cozy and comfortable place with ease of transportation to the city center this is the perfect place for you.

Good clean rooms in great location very central to Duomo

Excellent location within seconds walk of Duomo. Rooms are a good size and bathroom is good. Bed is very comfortable with memory foam pillows. Staff are helpful and lots of messaging once you book. Easy to use card entry once you know how.

This is not a normal hotel with bars or restaurants so just for sleeping. it’s just a row of rooms along a corridor. Entrance is hard to find on side street and you have to go up stairs to reception. Not a problem once you know.

perfect location with all the amenities. room was a decent size and had everything we needed. 5 min walk from Doumo

our room faced a busy tram line so was noisy! but it’s central Milan so what do you expect!
