The One Boutique was a good choice for us, because of the location and small size hotel.

Good location. Would have been quiet except during the holidays there is music from the street until 11pm. Comfortable beds and nice breakfast

the bathroom needs shelves.

posizione comodissima, e camera silenziosa pulita e moderna. Bollitore e tea o e caffe in stanza più piccoli snack. Tutto molto carino e comodo.

Rome is a vibrant city and well worth visiting for its renaissance art and roman ruins.

At the hotel, we enjoyed the full breakfast. The location was practical for dining out. Rome is a large city so we used taxi often as we are in our 70's and try to avoid subways. Visit of the Colosseo and Vatican with their many steps proved to be well worse the fatigue. We particularly enjoyed walking up to the Villa Borghese, then back down toward the Piazza di Spagna. The view from the top of the steps is breathtaking! Plan to arrive there at sunset.

Very comfortable stay within walking distance to all the main sites.

Very clean and modern hotel. Liked the modern touches, such as usb portes, adjustable lighting, and free Nespresso/reasonable priced mini bar. Very close to the trevi fountain and within walking distance to all the main sites of Rome.

Small room and bathroom size. The spa was not yet open.

Location, location, location.

If you want to see the biggest sights in Rome you won’t get a better location. It’s only a few minutes walk from the main sights. The room was a good size for a city hotel, and was spotlessly clean.

Breakfast was basic and breakfast room was a bit small.

Loved the room, the location and the staff. They were so helpful in providing directions, advice and what to avoid. They

Staff were great, rooms were big, modern and clean. Great location - loved everything about it.

Breakfast could have been better. Ordered bacon and eggs and received only a very small portion. But the quality was good.

Receptionist was so kind, but unfortunately forgot to make small packs instead of breakfast which I asked in advance, because we had to leave early morning.

The attitude of staff guy in breakfast area were bad. They didn’t have hospitality. And The sounds from bar was so noisy. It lasted till midnight. We couldn’t sleep well due to it.

Good location, not far from Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps Modern interior Overall, as advertised

For breakfast you could order eggs and/or coffee, but sometimes the orders took a very long time to go through and it was overall somewhat hectic. The buffet section of the breakfast was rather limited, but it is understandable due to space concerns.

I would definitely come back, but would not order breakfast.

Good location, modern room, always clean, very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was good enough, but unfortunately, we did not like the service in the restaurant. Not vegetarian friendly, I felt like the staff was not happy that we don’t eat bacon.

Very friendly staff, always helpful. New and clean, great location walking distance from all sites. Bar supermarket and restaurants are down the stairs.

One of the best reasonable price level hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location.

If something have to say somebody might keep location noisy because there is much traffic outside. That didn't bother us. The walls between rooms are partly quite thin. The fridge was not cold enough. But anyway these issues are very minor, hotel is excellent.

Fantastic hotel

It’s ultra modern, great service, absolutely beautiful room. The power/charging stations are many and in convenient spots. Breakfast offered is like a restaurant. Near many good restaurants. Offers luggage service. Some American TV stations available & good wifi. Loved it!!

Fabulous location, Great modern hotel rooms, good breakfast, fantastic stunning attractions of Rome that are well worth

We had a warm and informative welcome from the young lady on the reception desk on our arrival & The location is perfect for all the main attractions especially the Trevi Fountain, just a few hundred yards across the road. The rooms are very modern and spotlessly clean & our bedding and towels were change daily. It has a quirky little lift that is a listed part of the building for those that don’t like Steps . This hotel also has good security with fob card keys to enter property from the street & the floor of your room & then to your room too. ( safes in room for valuables) Breakfast is served in the equally clean & modern Coffee/cocktail bar next door consisting of continental buffet and cooked breakfast to set you up for the day . Staff here are very personable and extremely efficient . Although the building is on a very busy noisy road when you are in your room with the window closed ( air-con in room is good) you don’t hear it & it’s just part of the hubbub of being in central Rome. This was our second visit to this hotel .

Not all rooms have a window view which is a shame. Some Rooms face inwardly of the building which is not very attractive , so if you want a window view you need to book a deluxe room which in my opinion is worth paying for.
