Riding bicycles? Ride out of the driveway and within a few minutes you will be on the rec path that connects Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Keystone, Copper, Vail Pass and even Vail Village by paved bicycle trails. These paths & trails lead to all of the local mountain bike trails in the area as well. Bring Pets? No Problem. All we ask is that you keep them off the beds and bedding (no dog fir on comforters) and please clip their nails prior to arrival as we have hardwood floors which are actually very soft, and dog nails will dig into the wood and ruin the floors. That's all we ask. Pet's love the mountains too! No Fee's No Pet Deposits! This Mountain Home is located in a wooded wilderness area just above downtown Breckenridge / Breck Connect Gondola which offers FREE lift service to the Grand Lodge Base (ski lift base area) during both winter and summer months. The main home sleeps 10 people "in beds" without the use of sofa sleepers. We just finished up a 100% top to bottom complete remodel / renovation and as of Feb 1, 2019. You can also see Keystone Ski Resort looking to the east which is lit up after dark for night skiing. The driveway parking access is at this level. The 2nd Level features two Master Bedrooms, one with it's own balcony & bathroom / shower and 3 other bedrooms (4 bedrooms in this area + 1 Bedroom & 1 Space that Summit County forced us to lock off from guests starting September 30, 2023 - They are VERY anti tourist in this county) + the laundry room and additional space. We planned a trip to Breckinridge for three families plus grandparents and this residence was just perfect! So much room to gather and eat together! We hosted a welcome dinner for our nephew’s wedding party as well as a Sunday brunch! Cousins (all 19-22) bunked up sleep over style-bunks were great! Communication with the owners was top notch! Very responsive with any questions.

We rented this house for a ski trip with four families and it met all of our needs. Plenty of space for everyone and located a short drive to the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was clean when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Greg was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We got tons of snow during our trip so the skiing was great (you may want a 4 wheel drive vehicle if coming in the winter) and we were able to come home and warm up by the fire in a beautifully decorated home for Christmas. We would definitely stay here again!
