We absolutely loved our stay here! This was definitely one of the best accommodations we stayed at during our trip. The apartment is spacious, incredibly comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean—a perfect 10/10 for cleanliness!
Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Cristina welcomed us upon arrival, handed us the keys, showed us around the apartment, and explained how everything worked. We also paid the tourist tax in cash during check-in, as stated in the Booking.com listing
The location is excellent, in a lovely area just a few blocks from Santa Maria Novella train station and Florence’s historic city center. Most of the city’s main attractions are within walking distance, making it a great base for exploring Florence.
The apartment itself is wonderful. The bedroom is spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you need to cook, including thoughtful basics like salt, oil, and coffee. The bathroom was also excellent. I remember reading a review mentioning issues with the shower drain when booking, but perhaps this was an issue that has since been resolved, as we didn’t experience any problems during our stay
Another big plus was having air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, which was a lifesaver on hot days! There are also TVs in both rooms with plenty of channels—a bonus for me, as I love watching local TV wherever I travel! 😂
Everything is functional, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with lovely decor and little details that make a real difference, such as mosquito repellent provided in every room and kitchen essentials already available
As an added bonus, the proximity to the train station was really convenient for day trips to Pisa and Lucca. We also took a bus to Bologna, and getting to and from the station from the apartment was very easy
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back without a second...

Sehr schönes Apartment mit Altbaucharme, viel Platz und sehr schöner Einrichtung.
Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und stets erreichbar und die Übergabe war bestens organisiert.
Das Bett war sehr bequem, alles war sauber und die Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert.
Hier kann man auch gerne ein paar Tage mehr verbringen.
