House was very clean and had everything you needed.

Easy access to Canal streetcar. Great restaurants near by.
Only complaint, the shower in the hall bath needs some plumbing work.

This location was perfect for our group trip to NOLA. It's very close to everything, and uber/lyft's were easy to get. The area has several good options to eat right in the neighborhood within walking distance. There was plenty of space in the house for everyone, and would 10/10 recommend for group travel to the Crescent city.

We would stay here again. The house is a historic shot gun style home positioned in mid-city, very convenient location. The home is spacious and has been modernized throughout. Everyone had their own bed to sleep in and there were 3 bathrooms, which everyone easily shared. Almost every bedroom had its own smart TV, which was nice. The house offers two parking spaces in the back, if you rent a car or have friends visit. The neighborhood is older, and the locals are friendly. Don’t be surprised if someone is sitting on the stairs out front visiting, that’s pretty normal in NOLA. There is a barrier/gate between the street/sidewalk and the porch. House has video surveillance outside and is secure.
There is a little shop across the street named "Coffee Science," which has a courtyard in the back. There is a gas station at the corner within walking distance. There is a street car stop two blocks away at Broad & Canal. $3 for an all-day pass. I recommend riding the green line over to the Garden District to view the mansions and the yellow/red line will take you back/forth downtown to the French Quarter. If you're looking for authentic Cajun food you'll want to try "Monday" off Bienville St, which is about an 8-min drive (best food we ate). Reserve a table via Open Table. Don’t miss brunch at the Ruby Slipper Café behind the gas station. Join the online waitlist. If you’re looking for tours, I recommend Cajun Encounters swamp tour or French Quarter food tour by Destination Kitchen.

Beautiful and spacious property!!! Love the antique and rustic accents keeping the historic feel of the original home, and yet still blends in some modern features. This was a peaceful and relaxing location with no troubles from the outside world!! Will definitely use as a getaway again soon!

House was clean and spacious for our extended family. Location is convenient to CBD/Quarter. Private off street parking is big plus. Only issue is neighborhood is not best but, always felt safe.

The house was excellent - plenty of room, a lots of places for people to sleep (even more if you're ok sharing beds) and the house itself is everything you'd want. It stays cool when it's warm outside, all the appliances are great, the place is very cozy and clean as well. Check out was also a breeze, everything was perfectly reasonable.
One thing I will note, the neighborhood is not the best - it's a bit dirty and not the best place to walk around (especially at night). BUT this wasn't a big deal because Ubers are extremely cheap (compared to city Ubers, it's amazing), so you can just take one to downtown/French Quarter and be there in 10min.
Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're in a bigger group, it's definitely worth it if you don't mind getting a couple of Uber rides here and there, and you will always feel good going back to if after a long day/night.

Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, we messed our cars up pretty bad trying to access the backyard. Lots of construction work on the side street of the house.

Description of property not exactly as stated. Only 2 parking spaces. Area was a little sketchy. The back door did not lock as stated in the check in process email as stated leaving free access to the house. Many floor boards were damaged creating a safety risk. One of the toilets also stopped delivering water in the middle of the stay. There was also very low water pressure if more than one person was taking a shower. Rooms were nice and large and space accommodated our family well.

Right at the water.
As billed, this property is at the water, hard to say "on the beach" as that is tide dependent, but access stairs make it easy enough to get in to swim/snorkel and it is a 2 min walk to the public beach if you're looking for a patch of sand. Property mgmt responded to your check in note, but not a question about the jacuzzi. Email instructions and guidebook are very detailed; read them and you really should have very few questions. Our kitchen inventory was way off, but didn't really make a difference to us. We had what we needed and it was nice to be in a neighborhood that had full time residents.

Great spot for weekend getaway!
Went here with a bunch of girlfriends and had the best time! A quick Uber ride to all parts of town. The house was VERY clean and had a great layout. 8 of us fit very comfortably with room to spare! The neighborhood was slightly questionable so I don’t recommend walking around at night, but we felt safe the whole time. Isaac was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend for a group trip to NOLA!

Had a great time at this property. It wasn’t the location I thought it was (always check google earth for your surroundings) however, the house itself was amazing! Very nicely decorated, comfortable but firm beds. Lots of room, nice kitchen but not stocked with things such as laundry soap, sandwich bags, aluminum foil etc. and things some VRBO rentals typically have on hand. It wasn’t a problem since there is an amazing store nearby called the Big Easy Fresh Market on Canal and Broad which had a wonderful selection of ethnic foods (Latin and Middle Eastern). Their deli and bakery was phenomenal. They also had a good wine selection.
The only suggestion I would make for the house was a little more seating in the living room would be nice. We had an issue with the modem the first day but it was handled promptly by Wayne who came out to replace the modem and was a great resource for questions about local restaurants and stores. Communication was great with the owner and managers. We had a wonderful time even though it was hot in the Big Easy but hey, it’s the South and July!

When we found the property and I seen the outside of the house I was very disappointed with it after seeing it with my own eyes. But when I enter the inside I felt a little better. I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Very spacious nice bathroom and bedrooms. The kitchen is very nice we cooked a lot while there. Truthful it need a little work done on some thing in the house we found a few things that needed fixing and the living room furniture needs to be updated for sure. It is enough room for a big party.
But over all it was very nice peaceful and we had a nice time there. Will stay again if I am every in New Orleans again with a big party.......

This home is located in Mid-City so its location is about 10 mins to the Garden District or the Quarter. We used the rear parking for our two vehicles and never used the main street entrance as a result. The home is very much a quintessential shotgun home of New Orleans and all that it entails. If you are looking for an authentic home with some upgrades to the kitchen and master bathroom this is the home for you. We were a group of ten and ended up staying during a tropical storm (rain galore). Luckily the rain wasn't too bad and the wifi service was awesome. The master bedroom was very warm so we ended up getting a fan to use at night and the loo off the kitchen is a bit wonky in the shower set up. This home was great after a long day on Bourbon to unwind with the group in the dining room. Overall we had a great time.

Nicely remodeled home
The home is nicely remodeled and spacious. It was a bit further from the action than we realized. We had to take a cab to and from downtown but we met a very friendly cab driver who became our personal car service for the entire stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
