Located in Park City, this attractive house for £1,510 per night is a great option for your next trip. Look no further, luxury awaits, this location is perfect, the home is spacious, contemporary, bright and airy. You have arrived. Walk to skiing, hiking trails and Main Street! Or go mountain biking or fly fish the Provo! This stunning 4 bedroom 4 bathroom mountain transitional home has all the amenities for the perfect getaway. Step into the lower level from the heated two car garage. The lower level has a bunk room, with 4 double bunk beds and a walk-in closet. There is a bathroom with a tub/shower and also the laundry room. The large ski prep area has plenty of storage for helmets, jackets and boots. Transitioning up the white oak open staircase you will land in the kitchen and living area of the home. There is a large dining table to serve the meal you ordered in or the meal you made in the fabulous kitchen. The kitchen is every chef's dream. You will find a Sub Zero refrigerator, a Wolf Induction cooktop, a Wolf drawer microwave and Wolf double wall ovens along with a dishwasher. The spacious quartzite island is perfect for entertaining and the roomy kitchen allows for many happy chefs! In the butler serving area is an under counter beverage frig along with a small dishwasher. There is also a flat screen just in case you wanted to watch the game. It only gets better. After dinner, meander over to the gathering area where you can try your hand at shuffleboard. Or maybe you'd prefer to play cards at the high top table. There is ample room to relax in front of the 55" flatscreen and gas fireplace. There are plenty of games to keep the party going. The twinkling lights of Old Town will charm you. There is another bedroom with a queen bed and a flat screen on this floor. Adjacent is a bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find two master suites, both boasting king beds, oak beams, high ceilings and ample space to relax and unwind. Of course you will find flat screens in these rooms too. There is plenty of space to unpack in the walk in closets Off the kitchen is a heated patio with a remote start fire pit and Wolf BBQ Grill. There is a built in bench next to the fire pit. The Caldera Hot Tub will soothe those muscles after a day on the slopes or a day of mountain biking. The home is equipped with WiFi and Sonos throughout. With the Sonos app you can listen to your favorite tune while your friends enjoy their own music in their bedroom. All floors have in-floor heating. Nothing was missed. Treat yourself and unwind. Please note that the beds have sheet duvets that are laundered for each guest.

We had a fabulous time at this property in Park City! It was fully stocked with most anything we needed and the home is gorgeous! It was perfect for our family! We enjoyed being so close to Main Street and the Town Lift. It is close enough to Town Lift with a few steps and a little stroll for a great ski in/ski out. While we were there the mountain was low on snowfall but we were able to ski out; however, runs to Town Lift were closed so we were unable to ski in but no problem with the buses and trolley being so easy to navigate. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend as the host and manager were wonderful to work with!

We’ve stayed in multiple Deer Valley and Park City homes and this was by far the best! Terri was communicative and kind, the home was stunning, the kitchen was thoroughly stocked, and everything was very clean. We left and immediately tried to book for next year (our dates were already gone!). Five stars for a truly wonderful stay.

We were a group of 9 - 2 adults and our 3 teenage children and their friends. The house was clean, bright and spacious and fit all of us comfortably. Excellent location for skiing and Main Street. We loved it and hope to go back next year.

We loved staying at this beautiful property that overlooks Park City. It was a close walk to the downtown area but we really didn't want to leave the house because it was so nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

ski in ski out was very easy. The owners of this home spared no expense or detail in finishing this beautiful property well stocked with everything you need to cook. Our family of seven was very comfortable, there's plenty of room. And the shuffleboard and hot tub are fantastic. Unfortunately it was too snowy to use the barbecue or the fire pit but I'm sure they were lovely as well.

We take a family vacation every year, usually out west. We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of properties over the years. On this trip we had two of our grown children and their spouses, along with two young grandkids. When we walked into the property we immediately could see the high end construction and décor along with the cleanliness.. It far exceeded anything we have ever stayed in previously. Beautiful floors, cabinetry, appliances (Sub Zero, Wolf/Viking), furniture, fixtures, tv's Sonos sound system, table shuffleboard, hot tub, fire pit-----on and on. In addition, I have never seen a property stocked with all the little (and big), things that make a stay enjoyable. Our favorite area was sitting on the back deck and enjoying the automatic fire pit while drinking a beer and visiting.. The house is a short down hill (steps) from main street. Maybe 5 minutes maximum. The host was very quick on responding. I can't rate this place high enough. Our whole family loved it!

Amazing Property in Superb Location
This is an absolute top notch property in a location that cannot be beaten. For anyone able to take a few flights of stairs, this property is easy walking distance to Main Street and all of the restaurants, shops, and fun of Park City. The home is spacious and had all of the amenities to accommodate a large family. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

PERFECT !
Terri was incredibly responsive and proactive, making our planning and opportunities so rich and fun. The family’s beautiful home is spectacular and so comfortable, appointed with the highest quality accessories, kitchen appointments and wares, linens, supplies and of course the awesome shuffleboard table! Heated patio and hot tub felt great after a day of skiing! Everything was top quality. The location amazing - close to lifts and hiking and Old Town Main Street. Walk almost everywhere to the greatest scenery, activities, shops and restaurants that one can desire. A generous host welcomed us into a gorgeous home to make for the perfect time away.

The location is superb – it is only a couple of blocks off the end of Main street, where the restaurants and shops are, but on a very quiet street itself. The house is both beautiful and very well set up. Not only will you enjoy the beds and find the base amenities like linens, toiletries and kitchen utensils of a quality that matches the house, but the hosts go as far as to keep a pantry stocked with essentials and a fridge that comes with cold beer in it. The property manager is local, helpful and very responsive and the hosts are likewise very reachable. In sum, could not recommend it more highly.

BEAUTIFUL home - PERFECT location - LUXURY amenities
From the moment you arrive to this AMAZING ski in, ski out home, you will be blown away!! I seriously do not know where to begin....
The decor is stunning, modern and yet extremely cozy & comfortable. The layout of the home is perfect. We loved & utilized the "locker" room to store all of our ski gear. This room made it super easy to keep each person's gear organized! Bedrooms all have high quality linens, pillows and duvet covers - everyone had extremely cozy night's sleep in the home! We didn't experience and loud neighbors or street traffic either. Each bathroom is spa-like, including top quality towels, really nice shampoo/conditioner and body wash and hair dryers!! Every shower taken had plenty of hot water :) The kitchen was well- appointed with anything one would want/need to cook and the owner allows guests to use every aspect of their home, including little things (yet big things you don't always think about when traveling) such as spices, ziplock bags, paper plates & more! The shuffleboard table was a fun night time activity, as were the board games that were at the house! (We didn't remember to bring games in our luggage, so this was another surprise!). There is heated flooring in the home (amazing!!!) and full house Sonos music!!
We were greeted with a welcome email from the owner PRIOR to our arrival with all sorts of tips, including directions for the ski lifts, favorite restaurants, other non-snow activities. Once officially the home, we were welcomed to cold waters in the refrigerator! It was my birthday trip and the owners also gifted a lovely welcome basket with a bottle of wine and various treats!! (nice touch!). There also is a fantastic house manager that was available at any moment to readily assist our needs!
The owners of this ski home really thought out every detail in decorating/supplying the home so the families renting would feel AT HOME!
We didn't want to leave...but we'll definitely be back!!!
