About this house rental
Seminar 87 is a perfect solution for those looking for a modern, perfectly functional house in the center of Rome: the Pantheon. The house is 180sqm and is located on the 1st floor of a historic building with an elevator. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which have an ensuite bathroom and a large living room (40sqm) with a sofa bed. One of the 3 rooms is located above a mezzanine (20sqm), has two single beds that can be joined together and has an ensuite bathroom with tub. Guests have access to all the services present in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary from the Nespresso machine to make coffee in the microwave oven and the dishwasher. In the apartment you will also find an iron and a washing machine. I live a few minutes from the apartment and I am at your disposal for any eventuality. You can contact me by phone or text message and I will help you better plan your stay in Rome. The house is equipped with Netflix, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Very central to most attractions. Safe, clean and convenient location for my family. The host was really helpful arranging transportation, giving tips on things to do around the city and giving recommendations to great authentic restaurants.

Location is excellent and just steps away from the Pantheon. Literally. The rooms are large and clean but the decor is stark. What it lacks in luxury is made up by its convenient location. It is very, very loud at night until around 2 am. Bring your best earplugs. The host is wonderful and responsive.

This apartment is perfect for a large family or two or three groups. The location is perfect for restaurants, cafes, shops and all the scenic experiences.
Can’t rate this apartment highly enough. Aurelia and Alessandro were quick in their responses and communication. A real pleasure to stay in your apartment.

We stayed with a group of 8, 4 parents and 4 young adult kids. We all loved the apartment, the location, and the hosts! We were able to walk to everything we were seeing from this location and would definitely stay here again!
The apartment is comfortable, modern, beautifully decorated with unique artwork and had all the things we needed for our stay.

The check in process was easy and the owners communicated quickly when any need arose. They arranged a car to travel to tours. It was loud at night but ear plugs were provided. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The place is so spacious that you won’t believe it, right next to the pantheon. Aurelia is super nice. She arranged our transportation and helped to book the tours we needed. The access was easy and just across from it we found a coffee place and the best pizza ever at Apetitos. The room upstairs is the quiet one. My Dad has mobility issues but the elevator was helpful for that. I can’t say enough good things about this apartment. If you have someone super sensitive to noise they can use the earplugs at night. Not too bad but if they are elderly you may consider that. We loved our stay!

This property was spacious, beautiful, in spectacular condition and in a wonderful location. It was just steps away from the Pantheon.
It was beautifully decorated with wonderful art and lots of books.
Aurelia was quick to answer questions prior to our stay and also sent loads of suggestions and recommendations for tours, cooking classes, etc, as well as offering to arrange transport.
I would hope that if I ever return to Rome, I am able to stay at this property again,

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and filled with contemporary art—the hosts were also very gracious and helpful! It’s a great location, right by the Pantheon and in the center of things. Within the apartment it is very quiet; if lively night life sounds on the outside don’t bother you for sleeping, it’s the place to stay! Otherwise be ready to use the host supplied ear plugs. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment has everything you need for your stay in Rpme.

My family loved this property. Clean and spacious. Modern bathrooms, tall ceilings, good air conditioning. Excellent location. This property exceeded our expectations.

Check in and out was super easy. Alessandro met us and showed us around the apartment. Plenty of room for seven adults. Loved having a washing machine and drying rack.
Aurelia arranged lots of transportation for us. It worked great!

This was a hidden gem for sure. Loved the style (pictures never do justice!). Location was perfect and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful with recommendations and setting us up with travel to and from airports/train stations.

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was perfect for us! It had everything we needed. We didn't cooked much but did enjoy the coffee before leaving to explore the city and champagne the first night we all got there. We walked everywhere from the place. We loved the large windows, art pieces and overall atmosphere in the apartment. The hosts were very helpful!!! We had an amazing stay. The apartment was perfect for us! It had everything we needed. We didn't cooked much but did enjoy the coffee before leaving to explore the city and champagne the first night we all got there. We walked everywhere from the place. We are so very happy that we chose to stay at the amazing Seminaro 87. Location, Location, Location is what we say at home, and it does not disappoint. Everyone was extremely comfortable, the Artwork is fabulous and so thought provoking. Beds are very comfy and the attention to detail is so appreciated after long travel days.
It was so nice to come in, sip wine, explore the house and view the artwork. We immediately opened the windows to take in the air and scenes of the life below. The high ceilings, archways and enormous windows are so impressive. Their choice to keep some of the old with the new only adds to its charm.
We would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect Roman apartment
We stayed here for a week with my children and grandchildren. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and in the most convenient location steps from the Pantheon. The kitchen was especially ideal for our family and the dining room was excellent. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had and the check-in/check-out was seamless.

The apartment was clean and roomy. Within 50 feet of the Pantheon and a easy walk to all of the top Rome sites. We enjoyed our week stay despite some rainy weather. Restaurants, coffee bars and churches close by. I recommend it.

On reviendra!
Superbe séjour dans ce grand appartement, situé en plein centre de Rome, à quelques mètres du Panthéon. Tout est accessible à pied.
Aldo nous a accueilli à notre arrivée. Les produits de toilettes sont fournis.
Alessandro, le mari est venu nous déposer un trousseau de clés supplémentaire. Très sympathique. (Pensez à prévoir les 3,50€ de taxe/pers/jour). Il nous avait laissé une bouteille de champagne au frigo.
Nous n'avons pas rencontré Aurelia, sa femme qui s'occupe des réservations, mais elle nous a fait suivre par message les informations nécessaires sur le quartier (restaurants, glacier, shopping, pharmacie...), et s'est occupée de nous réserver un taxi pour venir de l'aéroport et pour y aller.

Petit bémol sur le démontage des échafaudages qui nous a réveillé le 1er jour. Les fenêtres donnent sur la rue!

The most perfect location
6 of us spent a week at this apartment. It is clean and modern in an old building. Plenty of space for everyone to find a corner to relax. It is about 25 meters from the Pantheon and centrally located to everything. The hosts are fantastic. Arranged a car service to from the airport. Responded to every message quickly. Could not have asked for more. Except more days there! We will be back!!!

Soggiorno fantastico a casa di Aurelia e Alessandro!
Aurelia ed Alessandro sono stati gentilissimi e molto ospitali. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare della frutta fresca, una bottiglia di prosecco e le cialde della Nespresso. Ci hanno raccontato la storia del palazzo e della casa. Non potevamo stare in una posizione migliore (30 metri dal Pantheon e nel pieno centro storico). Abbiamo girato Roma a piedi e ogni suggerimento che ci hanno fornito è’ stato prezioso: dai ristoranti vicino casa a dove poter fare massaggi alla spesa ordinata prima del nostro arrivo che ci hanno fatto trovare nel frigo.
Non potevamo chiedere di più: l’appartamento è’ a dir poco fantastico, arredato con grande gusto e con spazi molto grandi ideale per 6-8 persone. Consiglio vivamente!!!
