The only thing that we didn't like was the bed was too high and the living room couches too low, other than that, the place was great.

Has all that you need to feel right at home. We went skiing two days and were able to relax after and cook a nice meal. Close to all that Santa Fe has to offer!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, comfortable, well-stocked and attractively decorated.The smart lock made check in a breeze, and the in-unit washer and dryer was definitely appreciated. There was ample curbside parking close to the unit. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood and was a short driving distance from our destinations in Santa Fe. We had zero issues so there was no need to contact the property manager. We were very happy with our stay.

Over priced motel room with a kitchen! Bad location on step incline! Poor interior lighting! Only one electrical outlet in the bathroom! Small hand washing soap for shower! Be a strong walker because walking to and from the Plaza is step downhill and extreme uphill! Bed was OK.

This is an ideal space for a couple…or single…looking for a spotlessly clean, Santa Fe style, warm and cozy, well appointed refuge close to downtown. It is within walking distance, but know it is on a hill. We had one question for the host and he responded immediately and graciously. Highly recommend this place for a visit.

Great location for walking around Santa Fe. It was a quiet neighborhood and loved walking across to Prince Park and watch the sunset. There was a little issue with ants in the condo but emailed the agent and he replied quickly and said they would take care of it.

Tom and I had a wonderful stay! The condo was inviting and in a great location. Loved sitting outside for a cocktail on the patio to watch the sun go down. The sky was beautiful with the colors changing! Only a 15 minute walk to the Plaza.

This apt. (or condo?) was just perfect for us (74 year olds). It was spotlessly clean with a good layout. Smallish, but plenty large for the two of us. The furnishings looked new as did the whole place.
It was an end unit right on Kearny, so parking on the curb was very easy and close for us.
The bed was VERY comfortable and large with nice linens. Nice bathroom and kitchen with seating for 4 at the bar and for 2 at a high table. It was great that they had 2 coffeemakers since one of us is caff and one decaf.
The living room was comfy with a sofa and leather chair. The location of the ppty. was great -- very close to both Canyon Rd. and the Plaza. We could have walked except for the hills (well, we could have, but were lazy). This was a very last minute rental for us and the ppty manager could not have been more helpful. I'd give this property 6 stars if I could!

We loved this condo! It is a beautiful place and it is perfectly located to walk in Santa Fe and see all the great sights Santa Fe has to offer. We were in Santa Fe for a week enjoying the Santa Fe Opera, which this condo is also perfectly located to get to and from the Opera easily. So I highly recommend this beautiful place to stay and enjoy Santa Fe.

We were totally impressed with this property, top notch in every aspect, Immaculately kept, beautiful furnishings, extremely comfortable bed, and in a location that’s convenient to everything! The kitchen was stocked with every spice imaginable, pots and pans were all clean and in wonderful condition. We will stay here again on our next trip to Santa Fe.

Premises were nice. Clean. Great storage for clothing. Lots of seating. kitchen and bath were nicely stocked with towels, cookware, glasses, utensils, etc. However, in our other VRBO experiences, it would have been nice to have had simple additions such as facial tissues, sugar, maybe one or two welcome bottles of water, some cushions for the porch chairs, and maybe at least one streaming service. The only real complaint we have is the non-refundable $110 damage fee.

This property is not only very close to the plaza and many wonderful restaurants, but it is also perfect for those who want to hike the Dale Ball Trails, Hyde Memorial Park, and Santa Fe Ski Basin. Our property contact Jeff was very quick to respond to our text about getting additional towels and wash cloths. We will stay in this condo again!

We had a wonderful 6-night stay. The accommodations met and exceeded our expectations and aligned with the online description. We prepared several meals and appreciated having such a well-equipped kitchen. The king bed was very comfortable as well. Having stayed in Santa Fe several times, we enjoyed being on the north end with the view of the city from the nearby park. We will stay here again.

Aesthetically Nice
Accommodations were pleasing to the eye but lacked comforts most people are use too. The sleep number bed was very comfortable but no instructions on how to change the settings. The kitchen had numerous coffee pots for making a lot of coffee but lacked a single cup coffee maker which is very useful when you just want one cup of coffee. There seemed to be sugar ants everywhere especially in the kitchen and bathroom. It was very annoying having to wipe them up all the time. Also we stayed 4 nights and were only provided 2 wash cloths so we were 6 short but luckily we have learned to bring backup wash cloths and towels during our travels. Also, the small table for eating was adequate but the stools were too heavy and cumbersome to situate properly for comfort while eating.
