Situated in Genoa, this charming condo for £137 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Located on the Anita Garibaldi Walk in Nervi, about 1 km from the Genova Nervi train station, and a short distance from the famous Nervi Parks, the Sea View Apartment offers comfortable accommodation with free high-speed WIFI connection, flat-screen smart TV and a breathtaking view of the sea. This apartment also equipped with independent heating for the autumn and winter months, includes a double bedroom with a small terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine, and a bathroom with bathtub / shower, hairdryer and washing machine. A place where to find and spend quality time with people you care about.
We enjoyed the breathtaking view from each room, the balconies for breakfast during Christmas days, the fully equipped apartment, the kindness of people we had to communicate with, the check-in and out, everything. The pictures fully represent the reality. Outstanding place!

With high expectations from a seaview place , it is really unlikely to be happily surprised. But this was the case with the Nervi apartment. This place exceeded all expectations as facility and location .
For the train track under your pillow? No worries, you will get used to it after one night.. and anyway you don’t want to sleep and miss a second of the breathtaking view.
I thank the host for his prompt and decent communication and I thank signora Melina for receiving us with such a smile and hospitality that stayed with us along our journey.
If lucky enough to find availability, we will surely return .

We stayed for 7 nights in this very fine apartment. The apartment had everything we needed. The balcony and views were superb! The apartment is located just on the beautiful boulevard Anita Garibaldi. We travelled by car but we discovered the area by train because it was easy and the trainstation Genova Nervi is within 15 minutes walk. In short; we had an amazing time!!

Guido was a very helpfull host and the appartment was spacious with the most incredible view of the sea. There is another balcony on the side of the appartment. This was under renovation when we stayed there but will give others guest good options to sit in shade from the sun in the morning. There is a private beach to the complex with easy access to the water.

Great weekend stay
We had a great time. Check in was a little difficult due to language barrier but host was answering his phone and assisting with all the questions we had. The road is super narrow and we missed it the first time but after the first time it was easier to reach. We met one of the neighbors who was the nicest person ever and even helped us reserve a table for dinner. We had a blast and would come again!

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Genua-Nervi
Super toll gelegene Appartement mit wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Meer. Wir haben den privaten Strand sehr genossen.
Auch die Promenade entlang der Küste hat uns zum Joggen, Spaziergang und Barbesuch animiert. Eine Klimaanlage wäre toll, aber es gibt auch Ventilatoren.
Insgesamt erholsamer Urlaub.

Unsere erste Reise nach Genua.
Die Reservierung über FEWO und die Bezahlung funktionierte alles problemlos. Wir bekamen alle wichtigen Informationen und Kontaktdaten von Guido zugeschickt. Vor dem Anreisetag hatten wir mit ihm Kontakt, um den Treffpunkt und die Uhrzeit zu klären. Da die Anreise schneller verlief als gedacht, konnten wir sogar 1h früher einchecken. Wir hatten bei Bedarf Kontakt mit Guido über Whatsapp, was ein Vorteil war. Wir bekamen sehr schnell die Antworten auf unsere Fragen. Der CheckIn wurde durch Melina durchgeführt. Eine sehr nette und sympathische Dame, die sich sehr angestrengt hat, die sprachlichen Barrieren zwischen italienisch und englisch zu reduzieren. Die Wohnung ist fantastisch. Der Ausblick atemberaubend. Kaum steht man auf dem Balkon, lässt den Blick über das Meer schweifen, hört das Wellen rauschen, dann fühlt man sich gleich im Urlaub angekommen. Es ist eine 2 Zimmerwohnung mit einem hellen Holzboden, einem offenen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick auf den Balkon und das Meer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, offen gestaltet und grenzt an den Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Badezimmer inkl. Badewanne ist modern eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gestellt. Und das Wichtigste: Es war alles sauber! Wir empfanden es als eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung.
Zur Lage: Es gibt einen kleinen Steinstrand direkt vor der Haustür. Ca. 1km von der Wohnung entfernt in Nervi, liegt ein Bahnhof um direkt nach Genua Zentrum zu fahren (4 Stationen, ca. 13min.). Es empfiehlt sich die Bahn zu nehmen (Fahrkartenautomat auf deutsch, rund 10 € Hin/Rückfahrt für 2 Personen). Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein überdachter Parkplatz, nur die Einfahrt ist eng. Unser Skoda Kodiaq passte gerade so dadurch, aber wir waren froh einen zu haben. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas begrenzt, es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe der Wohnung (ca. 100m), wo wir uns mit Lebensmitteln für den Aufenthalt eindecken konnten. Wenn man spezielle Wünsche hat, müsste man direkt nach Nervi rein. So ist es auch mit Restaurants. Es gibt ein Restaurant direkt in der Nähe, aber immer, wenn wir essen wollten, hatte es geschlossen oder keine warmen Speisen. Aber in Nervi gibt’s eine große Auswahl unterschiedlicher Restaurants, auch direkt am Wasser gelegen. Der Checkout verlief reibungslos und einfach. Unser Fazit lautet: Wir kommen wieder! Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal und man kam vom Alltagsstress runter und kann relaxen.

Im großen und ganzen gut
Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung zufrieden. Es gab dort alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Auch die Lage war schön. Das beste war natürlich der Ausblick. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, war der Zug, der sehr laut war und auch nachts gefahren ist. Im großen und ganzen gut!

Relax and Enjoy
A very comfortable apartment for two overlooking the spectacular sea front.. Quiet and safe location in small town of Nervi, but also well placed for touring either towards Genoa, Portofino, or the Cinque Torre. The host, Guido, will provide a courteous and detailed hospitality to his guests.

We have stayed in this apartment several times and always liked it very much. It is nicely decorated, with 2 large balconies. The view is fantastic. The lady to welcome you is very friendly and helpful. Good starting point for your daytrips, but also perfect to stay around the house. Loved it!

We spent three lovely nights at this apartment and would highly recommend to any potential guests. The views are as good as it gets and the apartment was very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The local area is very nice small costal community would gladly return for another visit.

Wonderful stay in Nervi!
We were fortunate to stay at Nervi House for a month March/April. The flat is excellent and in a beautiful place. I must admit that the train is rather too close but we would certainly return if possible and so would Monty, our dog who loved the walks in the parks....

Superb apartment with excellent panoramic views over the sea. The owners/agents were helpful but not obtrusive. The location is good, on the Anita Garibaldi promenade and close to Nervi railway station. It's all good -- if you've booked this -- congratulations, you'll have a great time.

The location as well as the size of the apartment, the floor level, the amenities of the building, it's situation and the wonderful town of Nervi with the beautiful seaside walk and swimming bays are just amazing. Superbly located also for a short bus ride to Genova city center and train trips in the direction of Cinque Terre. The place has all one needs and is clean (although admittedly some minor repairs would help to put it back to its original splendour, but I guess this is just the rather recent wear and tear between rentals really). The owners are easy-going, informative and reply to messages quickly; the lady taking care of the place and keys as well. People in Nervi were generally very forthcoming too, which is rare to find in such a touristic location - in fact, in Nervi one does not feel like being in the Tourist Liguria, rather the local one untouched by time. We'd do our long-weekend all over again with great joy.
