Le personnel de l'accueil ainsi que la personne qui s'occupe du petit-déjeuner. Les transports en commun. Métro bus tram à côté de l'hôtel.

Konum kötü, olanaklar az, kahvaltı ekstra ve ODA HAVASIZ

Temizliği iyi , yataklar rahattı ama çift kişilik yataklı oda seçtiğimiz halde tekli iki yatak birleştirilmişti..

İlk olarak konum mevzusu kötü bence , metro ve tram duragı yakın olsa da eger ki merkezde takılacaksanız gereksiz burada kalmak. Zaman kaybını geçtim fiyata kandım burayı seçtim ulaşım da pahalı ve kahvaltı yok burda( ekstra ve 12.5 £ gelen de dolu dolu bir kahvaltı değil) Bir daha olsa kesinlikle kalmam. tv var ama düz tv , eylemiyor. odada buzdolabı yok, ufak bir odaydı. Balkonu var bari dedik kapılar açılmasın diye özellikle açma yerlerini söküp kapalı dizayn etmişler. Ne cam acılıyordu ne balkon kapısı. Kutuda kalınmak isteniyorsa burası ideal olabilir. He bir de klima / ısıtma gençten devreye giriyor gibiydi açtıktan en az 3 saat sobra etkisi çıktı.

El hotel es muy cómodo y esta muy bien ubicado teniendo todas las formas de transporte al frente del hotel, ofrecen desayuno pagando adicional y el personal muy amable

La ubicación, el hotel muy bonito y limpio, además estaba insonorizada la habitación.

Las sábanas eran muy incómodas, nos entregaron para cama individual siendo que teníamos cama matrimonial.

Uma boa estadia para quem não conhece mais nenhum alojamento.

A localização do alojamento era muito boa, com bons acessos ao centro da cidade.

A limpeza era terrível, não aspiravam, não faziam a cama, só se dignavam a trocar as toalhas quando estas estavam no chão. A casa de banho deveria estar com melhores condições, quando tomávamos banho a água inundava todo o espaço até ao lavatório das mãos.

Çok güzeldi

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü ve yardımseverdi. Ayrıca otel temiz ve ferahtı. Sadece camlar açılmıyordu. Otel metro ve otobüsün direkt dibinde olduğu için geceleri bile ulaşım çok kolay. Kahve sınırsız ve resepsiyon her koşulda bavullarımızı bırakmamıza izin verdiler. Hizmetten oldukça memnun kaldık.

Camlar açılsaydı çok daha iyi olurdu. Ufak bir problemdi bu tabi.

Chaîne d’hôtel à fuire !!!!!!!

La dame à l’accueil la journée

Le quartier Est le pire de Singapour. Le soir, nous trouvons un cafard dans notre chambre. Nous avons du appelez 3 fois le monsieur de l’accueil afin qu’il monte. Il a tué la bête avec un produit, et nous avons du insister pour changer de chambre car l’odeur était insoutenable

Çok güzel bir deneyimdi fiyat performansın çok üstünde bir otel.

Konum olarak toplu taşımalara yakın merkeze 15 dk da çok rahat gidebilirsiniz. Check in den önce ve check outtan sonra valizlerimizi bıraktık hiçbir sıkıntı olmadı ayrıca flixbus durağına 10dk mesafede. Odanın penceresi olmamasına rağmen ferahtı çalışanlar çok ilgili yardımseverlerdi odalar çok temizdi. Restoranın olduğu alan çok güzel ve istediğiniz zaman makineden kahve yapıp manzaranın tadını çıkarabilirsiniz.Bir daha gelirsem şehir merkezinde kalmaktansa yine burada kalırım.

Decent but little things could've made the stay far better

Breakfast was good and made the price more value for money. Shower water pressure was good. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Kettle

The headboard had what I can only describe as questionable stains TV channels had very limiting options and all were in German Only square pillows, I found them uncomfortable Reception had a strange smell to it The 2 single beds joint together are very uncomfortable because of the gap in the middle, as a couple this wasn't ideal for us. Room didn't have a window to get fresh air in. The left hand side socket had a pin bent and would not fit a plug adaptor.

Great location, value for money.

Location right beside train, metro, tram and bus stops, modern and sleek decor and comfortable beds. Additional to that staff was always helpful and polite. If I’m back to Amsterdam I’ll definitely stay there again.

A little bit of dust found here and there (top of wardrobe, telly and some corners), shower head was a bit wonky. But overall accommodation was clean and in satisfactory conditions. Probably most people wouldn’t even notice it.

Whenever we returned to our room, it smelt very very strongly of cigarettes. We aired the room out often to get rid of the smell

Hotel incrível, ao lado da estação do metrô!! Ficamos em um quarto excelente todo de vidro com vista para o canal, acordávamos e já víamos os patinhos logo pela manhã! Optamos por não pegar o café da manhã mas, parecia muito bom! Tem uma máquina de café free para os hóspedes e várias áreas do hotel que podem ser utilizadas! Eu ameiiiii de paixão e com toda certeza, quando voltar para esta região ficarei novamente hospedada neste hotel!

Für 2-3 Nächte ganz ok.

Lage direkt an Metro und Tram-/Busstation. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Sauberkeit war nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend, Flecken an der Wand und Haare auf den Fließen. Komischer Geruch im Hotelflur.

Pas de fenêtre dans les chambres mais on le savait bien avant de nous y rendre. On pensait que ça ne nous gênerait pas mais au final ça nous a tout de même perturbé de ne pas voir l’extérieur et la lumière du soleil au réveil

Distancia del centro si bien hay metro esta pegado.. en los alrededores no hay nada, ni un supermecado para comprar. . No cambian las toallas.. los precios en las maquinas dentro del hotel muy caro.. una botella de agua mas cara que en el aeropuerto... Quise pagar en efectivo no tenia billete chico.. y no tenian para darme vuelto lamentable que un hotel con los precios que maneja no tenga para dar 100eu de cambio.. y no era un capricho perdi una tarjeta de credito y no tenia forma de pagar.. se negaron en todo momento, mala predisposicion y ni siquiera ofrecieron conseguir cambio y pagar despues

En gros Je conseille pas cet hôtel

J’ai rien aimé mise à part le personnel qui était réactif

L’emplacement hyper loin du centre le trajet est fatiguant déjà qu’on marche beaucoup au centre d’Amsterdam le ménage est mal fait On avait pas de choix que de prendre une chambre sans fenêtre et j’ai regretté c’est une très mauvaise expérience on se sent renfermé on a demandé à prendre une chambre avec fenêtre mais c’était déjà full
