Otel güzel bir otel ve kahvaltısı bana göre çok iyiydi

Odalarda terlik ve su olabilirdi. Zaten birazcık pahalı bir otel bunu yapması lazımdı.

Далековато от центра, но есть свои плюсы)

Как мы поняли, нам повысили категорию номера, было очень приятно, скорее всего номер был больше чем должен был быть. Завтраки очень хорошие, разнообразное меню, даже дают шампанское) Отель не показался старым, номер нас устроил, кровать удобная и большая, просторная ванная комната) Соседей и никакого шума не слышали, пока были в номере.

Расположение конечно далековато от центра города, до центра удобно добираться на "электричке", станция совсем рядом с отелем, идти 3 мин, но билет на этот поезд не входит в единый билет на метро, трамваи и автобусы, нужно покупать отдельно, это было неудобно, тк мы купили именно единые билеты. Один раз поехали из центра на метро, нужно объехать полгорода, такая ветка. Но мы не очень детально изучали этот вопрос заранее, поэтому нет претензии к отелю) По номеру - нас было двое, после первой уборки оставили комплект полотенец на одного, так и не доложили, правда мы не просили, было просто лень. Уже видела такой комментарий до этого, может это специально) Дверь в ванную для галочки, формально никак не закрывается, просто стеклянная заслонка, но после Таиланда такое не удивляет) Не хватило еще полочки в самой душевой, но это некритично.

Good and clean hotell, big rooms even for two people and comfortable beds and a good shower.

Prices in the bar was very expensive. 14 euro for a "big" beer that was 0.5 L

Rezeption ist super nett und das Bett ist sehr gemütlich

Klima Anlage viel zu kühl obwohl auf niedrig gestellt und nur Kartenzahlung nicht mal im Restaurant kann man Bar zahlen

Great location & perfect for travellers looking for a staycation

I had to change my arrival dates due to illness & got told our booking was not valid. Even though I had notified that I was only staying for 1 night not 3. Manager didn’t want to talk to me even though I had been travelling 6 hours. I think the hotel was good but just felt the situation could have been delt with better

The location was perfect. The hotel is not bad just the room service needs a little more training.

It is closed to the train station which is nice

The room took too long to be cleaned, there is nowhere to hang the towels, the body wash soap was empty for 3 days. Overall the housekeeping service was not good. There is also nowhere to find a ATM machine. Everything was in down town.

Angenehmes Hotel

Das Hotel liegt ruhig gelegen, sehr gute Verbindung ins Zentrum. Die Zimmer sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles war top, sauber, ruhig, freundlichen Personal und man fühlte sich sehr Willkommen. Gerne wieder.

Ein sehr modernes Hotel mit guter Zimmerausstattung und guten Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln

Die Zimmer könnten mehr Verstaumöglichkeiten, wie Garderoben oder Schränke und Schubladen bieten.

Good spot away from Central Amsterdam

Upon arrival we received a complimentary upgrade for booking through booking.com. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Having the train station nearby was very handy too.

There was a little bit of hallway noise, but nothing to complain about

Great location

Checking-in on our own didn’t work, we had to go back to the reception to get a new card. Difficult to communicate with receptionist. Room smelt of smoke from cigarettes, informed the reception but cleaning lady didn’t smell anything….

Disappointing RADISSON is a Brand

Convenient

Complaint to Duty Manager was submitted toilet and bath was DIRTY MOULD (Schimmel) all over we have taken pictures was smelling the Duty Manager was called after inspection. They SHUT the room down - I expect a REFUND 100% or a new stay at ZERO cost !

Weird Check In Experience!!

I liked the facilities.

When I arrived, they checked me in to the room #609 which was already occupied by someone else!! I didn’t know until I went upstairs to the room to surprise by a stranger’s stuff inside the room!! Then they simply changed my room without even apologizing in the seek of customer satisfaction or at least by making an upgrade.
