Nous avons eu l'impression que notre chambre avait été oubliée

Les points positifs c'était le petit déjeuner

Je suis arrivée avec mes 2 filles de 12 et 15 ans et il n'y avait qu'un seul lit pour 3 Le lendemain, nous sommes rentrées vers 20h et la chambre n'avait pas été faite: j'ai du aller demander à ce qu'on me change les serviettes et la bouilloire qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le surlendemain, les serviettes étaient changées mais les lits non refaits. La dernière nuit enfin, les lits ont été faits.

Perfecto lugar con transporte muy cercano.

Tenia una excelente ubicación, cerca del metro y del bus para ir al aeropuerto. El desayuno era muy adecuado y variado.

Grossly Overpriced. 3 star hotel but priced as if 5 stars

- the front desk staff were polite and helpful - the location was decent

- exorbitant price. This is the standard of an 80$ hotel and is priced over 200 euros per night which is unrealistic. Far far too expensive especially for its level. - At their restaurant I was asking a waiter about the menu then another waitress comes and says “excuse me are you done with him yet ? I need him” which is extremely unprofessional. The duty is to serve the customer not treat him like an annoyance. When I politely informed this waitress about this she just ignores me completely starts talking to the other waiter as if I don’t matter. Seeing this farce I just turned around and left.

STAY AWAY: HIGH RISK - SECURITY AND PRIVACY CONCERNS

The hotel staff gave the keys to some other people and they entered my room at 3.00 AM in the night. This is both a huge security and a privacy issue. I have lost my sleep and could go back to sleep due to the security issue and privacy issue which has caused a huge trauma. This has spoiled my trip. The hotel night manager Amro was unapologetic and said I can call the police. The police asked me to visit them in the morning as I wanted to know if it was the hotel people who tried to rob me or was it another guest. Absolutely ridiculous service from IHG group and inefficiency from front office staff. I wanted to visit the police station so they could review the security footage from 3 AM to see if it was the hotel staff who tried to rob me or was it another guest. The next morning, the operation manager Ms. Bakenam Abbas confirmed it was inefficiency from the hotel staff. However, i highly doubt her statements, and lt looked like they were covering up for the night staff looking to rob the customers.

Alles in Allem kann ich das Hotel aber weiterempfehlen

Super Lage. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Metro erreicht man in ca. 6 Minuten

Unser Zimmer war ziemlich klein. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber etwas Abwechslung wäre super.

Verblijf was goed geregeld.

Ontbijt was goed met genoeg keuze. Hotel lag in de buurt van het station dus fijn om dan met ov te kunnen reizen naar het centrum. Dit was goed te doen

It was pleasant other than the issues mentioned with cleaning. Staff were very helpful and professional.

Location and comfort

Cleaners did not spot a man’s belt on the floor next to the bed whilst cleaning. Also the toilet was not properly cleaned. We left the belt on the table when we checked out. My daughter and I had to clean the toilet ourselves before we used it. Shower etc were fine.

Pas op voor extra kosten

Er moet naast de 122 euro per nacht ook nog 6 euro toeristenbelasting en nog 29 euro voor parkeer kaartje voor 1 nachtje...kamer is dan eigenlijk ruim 160 euro..

Kunnen geen drukte aan!

Op loop afstand van de Ziggo en Arena.

Door drukte geen warm water en geen zitplaatsen bij ontbijt. Hadden 3 pers kamer geboekt maar was 2 pers waar ze een opklapbed bij hadden gezet. Waardoor weinig ruimte.

Niet weer holiday inn

Personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Helemaal top

Groot twee persoonsbed....was 1,40 breed, dus niet echt een groot bed. Temperatuur in kamer te warm . Kan geen raam open. Ontbijt slecht. Jus d orange uit automaat. Broodjes niet van de bakker. Viel ons erg tegen.

Kahvaltı harikaydı, resepsiyonda ismini bilmediğim bir bayan arkadaş çok ilgi gösterdi, sıkıntıyı halletmek adına... Çalışanlar harika, nazik...

Ödeme yapılmayana kadar odanın anahtarını vermediler, depozito vermek istedim, olmaz dediler, yaklaşık altı saat bekledim 2. 703 no lu oda tam köşe, bir türlü ısınamadım, soğuktu, derece 24 gösteriyordu ama ayakkabılar ile oturmak zorunda kaldım 3. Tam ayrılırken 100 euro daha ödemeniz var dediler sinirlerim boşaldı, neyseki diğer görevli personel yanlışı bulduda çıkış halloldu, hala o para ne alaka anlamadım, herhalde şanssızlık benden yanaydı..

A lovely hotel with friendly staff, big rooms and a decent breakfast in a good location.

There was a great selection for the continental breakfast, and it was tasty. The location was close to the train station and the Ziggo Dome which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. The rooms were a decent size and a lovely roomy shower was fantastic.

The room was a little warm and the blue light from the TV made sleeping a little hard for me. I was not so keen on the creamer sachets with the tea tray, I prefer milk.

goed hotel om een concert of evenement bij te wonen in de Ziggodome, Arena of Afas.

Bij het ontbijt werd heel goed gelet op het milieu. Geen suiker, melk en zout zakjes, maar gewoon potjes voor algemeen gebruik. Geen plastic of andere dingen die niet herbruikbaar waren. Het warme gedeelte is erg summier. Alleen een gekookt eitje. Verder was het erg druk, maar genoeg plaats en alles werd continu aangevuld. De locatie is heel goed voor een concert bij te wonen in de Ziggodome, Arena of Afas. Openbaar vervoer ligt heel dichtbij. Personeel is niet super vriendelijk, maar je wordt netjes behandeld. De kamers zijn geluidsdicht en redelijk ruim. De in- en uitcheck tijden zijn lekker ruim.

Bedden zijn erg smal en vrij hard. Het parkeren is erg duur, maar dat is in heel Amsterdam. De prijs van het ontbijt is wat aan de hoge kant.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Amsterdam

Gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt, saubere Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal. Aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Erwachsene in Pyjamas und Socken beim Frühstück. So etwas sollte man im Hotel verbieten. Es ist nicht gerade angenehm neben Menschen zu sitzen, wenn die Socken nebenan "duften".

The comfort of the bed and the bathroom was spacious.

The fact there were no mini bar in the room. I would have appreciated bacon at breakfast.

Great staff in-person, still waiting to hear back from customer service about compensation.

The staff was really nice at check in and check out. The breakfast was great.

The rooms has bed bugs. We were told we would receive full compensation from the night manager but have yet received a response from the Hotel which is the only reason why I am leaving a poor review at this time. I have sent an email and messaged them on Booking.com but have not received a response from them in regards to the compensation. We informed them about the bed bugs and the night manager kindly switched us to another room. The second room also had bed bugs.

Een fijne accommodatie die doet wat ie doen moet.

De locatie is perfect als je een overnachting nodig hebt voor bij een concert.

Er was heel veel personeel bij het ontbijt buffet toen wij er heel vroeg waren. Hierdoor waren we een van de weinige in de eetzaal en voelde we ons heel erg bekeken.

Very happy with my decision of staying here, it was a plesent stay.

Really loved the place, atmosphere and the people. The staff were really helpful and provided guidance as required. The place was clean, and the breakfast was really nice. It is close to the metro - 5-10m walk so it was easy for us to explore the city as well.

Super großes leckeres Buffet. Standort war super. Nur 10 Minuten zur Metro.

Bei der Ankunft war ein Handtuch verschmutzt. Leider hatten die Fliesen in der Dusche Schimmelflecken..
