Kitchen: Top-of-the-line Gallery appliances in stainless steel: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Area is wrapped gracefully by granite counter-tops with gentle pendant lighting. Bedroom: A full-sized king mattress with overhead fan grace your slumber. We provide full sets of fresh blankets, bedspreads, towels, linens and mats to ensure the comfort and hygiene of your stay. A UHD LED Smart-TV is front-and-center for your entertainment. Bunk beds: Kids and more casual sleepers will enjoy two twin-sized bays each with lighting and 24" LED Smart-TV. Bathrooms: Two units outfitted with new fixtures each with rainfall and hand showers. Each bathroom offers travel-sized shampoos, and lotions (and a supply of toilet paper). The unit was great! The views were to die for! It was clean and fully stocked with pots and pans. Even had an Airfryer! My kids loved their bunk beds and the fact they had their own T.V. We would definitely recommend and would come again. There were some renovations going on around the unit but we were out of the place during the day mostly so it didnt bother us. They did have some lines on the side of the building and at night they were super loud when getting banged against the building (it was a windy night) and woke us up a bit. But not a unit issue, more of a resort issue.

Let me be clear from the start that most everything Bob could control, was phenomenal. Kitchen was stocked. Everything was clean. Communication was always quick when I had a question. He’s running a top notch operation. Bathrooms were dim and water pressure was a trickle in one bathroom. HOWEVER—the actual location was less than desirable by a long shot. First of all, It doesn’t mention in any descriptions I’ve found, but you’re not allowed to bring your own beach tent to the beach. Which, I get it that the beach services have to make their money, but we have kids—kids want to play in the sand, not sit in a chair all day. Secondly, we never got to use our balcony because surrounding condos were ALWAYS smoking pot. Not interested in my 4 year old getting a contact high. Also, not being a stick in the mud—if pots your thing, cool—but this was a nonsmoking facility so I’m not outside of the realm of expectations here. I did venture out to the balcony one morning before sunrise, but the light was broken and held up with duct tape. Another thing that was supremely disappointing was the riff raft that was other guests. I can only assume there’s some units that are offering super discounts because once the weekend hit—the level of conduct of fellow guests went down to the ground. To the point of it didn’t feel safe. Overall, I don’t recommend this unit. I DO recommend using Bob if he has unit’s at another location. But I’d avoid this place at all costs!!

This condo is beautiful and the location is perfect on the beach. The kitchen was so well equipped and my family enjoyed it! Everything was comfortable and well thought out. I can’t wait to return.

Beautiful apartment with awesome views. Everything was clean, it has many kitchen utensils which was perfect for me because I could use them to cook. We had a problem with the dishwasher, I didn't work. And the garbage disposal neither it looked like the sink was clogged. Quick communication with the owner.

From the moment i contacted Bob he answered questions quiclky and accurately. Everything about the condo was spot on. Once we arrived the couple of questions we had were also addressed quickly. The view and the interior of this condo deserves more than 5 stars. I would not hesitate revisiting or recommending this particular condo. Best vacation ever.

The view from this condo is unmatched. The condo had everything we needed, it was decorated nicely and was pretty quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here. The TVs in the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. We loved that everything was in close proximity to this condo.

You can't beat this location, right on the beach, close to wonderful restaurants and daily dolphin viewings in front of us. Although the entire resort had a water issue one of the days, our host was on top of it and kept us informed even in the middle of the night when we initially discovered it. Even with that issue we would stay here again without thinking twice about it. Our host was awesome as was the resort.

Renting the property was a breeze. Condo was better than expected. The only issue with the stay was painting was happening and a pool and hot tub was closed. It should be stated that things close at dusk on the off months. Was still a wonderful trip. My family will be back!

It's difficult to know for sure how nice a beachfront condo will be when booking online. Is the description of the unit accurate? Will VRBO work as advertised? Is check in easy? Is the unit clean and comfortable? The building well maintained? Beach services friendly and attentive? Enough information provided to navigate the area for restaurants, etc? We'd say yes to all of them. We really had a great stay, relaxing, unparalleled, 14th floor view of the gulf. No doubt we want to return and we would return to the same unit.

This condo was in immaculate condition. Pictures from listing were spot on. Bob was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The resort was great, however I highly recommend booking umbrellas and chairs when you book your room, otherwise you will be stuck in the back. If you bring your own beach stuff you have to set up behind the rental umbrellas which stinks. Although we didn’t have the crystal clear water(Mother Nature) it was still a great trip. FudPuckers is great food along with the Sunquest dinner cruise. We traveled North to Oakaloosa and Navarre which were both great places. Overall we will be back!!

The unit was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The resort offered every amenity as well. The tiki bar and beach service threw our stay over the top. Bob and his wife were wonderful hosts. Every phone call I made to them was answered. I never had to leave a voicemail! We’ll be back next year.

It was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully equipped . The owner provided everything we possibly needed, and the bed was most comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed. The location was great. We did not love that the entire private beach is filled with chairs and umbrellas. It felt squishy and ruined the view. I also understand from the listing that there were two bunk beds (meaning 4 individual beds), but this is not the case. For this to sleep 6, they are suggesting that the couch is for 2 people.

We were thrilled that the condo condition matched the photos exactly! The view was incredible and we could see dolphins swimming from our balcony. The beach was very close to the condo, along with several pools on the property to choose from. Bob was very thorough with his welcome email and we did not have to ask any questions during our stay. He also recommended several dining options to us, which made our trip even easier!
