Lighthouse Point Beach Club - Unit 10B has been newly furnished, and updated with BAMBOO HARDWOODS, and new paint throughout the entire unit! Lighthouse Point Beach Club is a great beach community with private beach access located on the North end of Tybee Island near the Tybee Lighthouse and Museum. From your private balcony you can watch the ships come in from the Atlantic ocean, and enjoy spectacular sunset vistas. This villa has three pools, a great water view, and is on the beach side making it a fantastic place to spend your vacation with friends or family. When you are just a few steps outside of your door, you have reached the walkover to the beach and 3 private pools. The unit also has: Free Wi-Fi Three pools Tennis BBQ grilling area Covered parking for two vehicles The home sleeps 6 people. That is the maximum. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, tv, and DVD player. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, tv, and DVD player. and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, tv, and DVD player. All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits. This condo is on the north side of tybee. It is quiet and nice. The condo area has 3 pools that seemed well kept with restrooms available also. Condo was quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable! The only hard parts were carrying luggage up the stairs and the walk to the beach has a snake warning. I mean it is nature but it was kind of scary! Condo check in was easy and parking was great. Condo has a nice partial ocean view and balcony was comfortable. We would definitely stay again! The location is convenient to Tybee locations and Savannah!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean. We loved the pool area. The pool manager was so sweet! The only issue we had was the outlets didn’t work in the back bathroom but we let them know so hopefully they’re fixed for the next people!

We had a good stay at Tybee Island. The condo was a nice size for our family of 4(11 & 14 year old kids). The complex was in a great location for getting to the beach and the pools were wonderful for when we wanted to swim in fresh water. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The living room furniture showed a little wear but worked for fine. The condo was very clean aside from the floor that left our feet a little dirty. We enjoyed our first stay on Tybee and would stay in this condo again!

Unit was clean and was perfect size for the 3 of us. Easy walk to the beach and perfectly located on the island. Highly recommend this place.

We loved this property. Talking about next spring break. Only different we are going to look at properties with elevator. Stairs were a little to much for a senior and young child.

Nice condo and very clean. Will consider staying again next year. Only negative we are seniors and like to watch TV to fall asleep. Bedroom TVs we're inop and no cable. Would have brought our Roku or Firestick if we were advised.

Our visit was nothing short of amazing. To begin, Very detailed directions to the condo. We even got a phone call while in route to make sure we didn’t have any last minute questions and that our condo as ready early! Upon arrival we found a very clean and well decorated home. There was just about anything you could need during our stay. The view of the ocean from both sides was a nice way to relax either while cooking in the kitchen or sitting out on the patio. The beach is only a short walk and the three pools definitely were a plus for my family. We definitely plan to return! Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

This was a great little condo for our family to stay in. Two adults and three kids, we used the pull out couch, which is fine for kids- a little rough for adults. It was great to have two bathrooms. It is on the second floor which is actually the third story, so be prepared for stairs! The complex was great, quiet on the north side of the island just like reviews talked about. Will be back for a longer stay so we can explore Tybee Island and the area more. And one more tip, follow the directions in the email to the office for check in. If you follow your GPS, you will end up on the other side of the island.

Overall we had a nice time. The location was great and a quick walk to the beach. The cleaning could have been stronger. The floors weren’t super clean and I found a glob of someone else’s hair in the guest bathroom. I just removed it myself. The guest sink wouldn’t drain and they came and fixed it within hours, so that was good. Use the directions in the email to navigate to the rental office. Waze took me to the wrong place.

We enjoyed this condo very much. The beach was a good walk but we stayed pretty much at the pool which is a great area and never got crowded. Condo was very clean and updated. The steps up were steep but ok.

The place was very filthy, the floor made our feet black, the chairs were very very stained, the fans had built up dirt and dust, the pans were rusted and were not able to be cooked on.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We found the description for the condo’s proximity to the beach, to be a bit misleading. While yes, it was close to crosswalk……the cross walk over the natural sand dunes was not a short walk. Additionally, I would make it very clear in the description, that there is no elevator, and the stairs to the second floor condo are very steep.

Nice place, stocked with a good amount of dishes and linens. Nice pools and facilities. Balcony was nice to see sunsets. Wish I would have known it was a second story condo but I got in my exercise. Definitely would recommend it!

The only.problems we had was this was a setting of an apt. Complex but yet no numbers on the doors so alittle confusing.A decorative piece on the wall by the bed to where my husband actually got pierced in the forehead getting up out.of bed, we did call the office and let them know and we did take them off the wall for the rest of the visit.A chair was missing two screws and grand daughter almost fell off but caught herself in time. . We left a note in the rental with housekeeping. The office was nice to deal with and fixed a problem with getting another gate key. Over all was a great stay and will use.u guys to rent for another stay
