We had a super stay at this apartment. It is conveniently located close to the train which we used consistently. There are several yummy restaurants nearby, too. The apartment is very quiet and we slept great.

Fabulous apartment, spacious, clean and well-appointed and well-located for U-bahn. Quiet neighborhood with markets and other shopping nearby. Check-in and check-out process simple and flawless. We would highly recommend the apartment for families visiting Wien.

Our host was wonderful and patient with our check in hampered by a lack of phone service. Would have given a perfect 5 except for lacking cooking utensils and not enough bedding. Location with great with quick access to Metro.

The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to where you needed to go. The apartment was clean and well furnished. We appreciated the AC given we were there during some of the heat wave. We enjoyed the restaurant that Dieter recommended.

This was an ideal apartment for our short trip to Vienna city. The apartment itself is well appointed and very clean, with elegant features and a lovely view over the canal. The underground station and supermarket are close by, making travel and shopping for food easy. Vienna is a beautiful city. We used the hop on hop off bus to get a comprehensive view of everything and enjoyed a very clear commentary interspersed with Austrian music! The tour also included a 2 hour boat trip on the Danube. The transport system is efficient and reasonably priced. It was lovely to return to a fine apartment, with a lift to the third floor, and relax after a hot day of sightseeing. To be recommended!

Spacious and beautiful flat with all you need

The outside of the appartment building looks a bit basic at the outside however inside this is well maintained and the appartment itself is excellent and very cosy. Nice views over the Doanu canal and city. Close proximity to shops, supermarkets tube and train stations. So all you need for a good stay in Vienna.

We were really impressed with the property. Cleanliness and comfort was fantastic. We had no issues with the property and would definitely come back again.

The apartment is very clean with much light and space in the rooms and has all the amenities you need for a perfect stay in Vienna. There are many shops and little restaurants nearby and you can reach the center of the town with tram or metro very quickly. We have rented apartments in many cities in Europe, US and Canada, but this apartment was the best!

Really nice apartment. Very clean with modern touches. Very close to public transportation which made it easy to get to and from the airport and to see sights. Enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was as advertised. It was very close to a subway station which made traveling around Vienna a snap. Groceries stores were close and easy to get to. We were with children and all of us were very comfortable in the apartment. They had the place equipped with all of the essentials. The entry to the apartment felt bare and a little uncomfortable but all was well once we were inside. Appliances were intuitive except for the espresso machine. I would recommend to families looking for a quiet respite from downtown.

The VRBO ad accurately describes the property. A nice place, we enjoyed it and Vienna. It took me a couple of showers to understand how the hot water control worked. Either that or my girlfriend is more of a hot water hog than I ever knew. We may need to talk. Dieter helped me out with a favor. Thanks Dieter! We didn't communicate much, no real need, but he was always prompt with his reply.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful spacious apartment, which was modern, clean, and very comfortable. It was very close to two grocery stores and a subway into the city center. All the rooms were well furnished and comfortable and it was very quiet. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was just as shown and described on the website. We liked the location away from the center of town and yet convenient with the subway. Dieter was quick to respond to any questions we had, and getting the AC up and running immediately.

The location is very good, about a twenty minute walk to the city center. Streetcars are right outside the door.A spacious apartment with a nice view of the parkland and the canal. Air conditioned! Neighborhood with bakeries and coffee shops and a nearby grocer. Parking available in a garage about two blocks away. Dieter was very good at communicating and was on the phone right away when we had one question.

Great location, close to the U4 station which made it easy to travel directly into the city within a few minutes. The apartment was very clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. The Air Conditioner was very welcome in this heat wave! The directions provided were easy to follow and the owner answered all questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends. Great find!

This lovely and spotlessly clean apartment was ideally located very close to public transportation and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The instructions from Dieter were easy to follow and he responded very quickly to any question. The apartment is outfitted with whatever we could have needed - it even had a dishwasher and a washing machine which were so helpful to have. The apartment was spacious and easy to find - really a winner in every way. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend!

Dieter was very nice and responded quickly and cordially. The apartment is spacious, bright and clean.The location is perfect: 3 minute walk to the metro station. The neighborhood is safe and there is a supermarket "Spar" around the corner. Most of the times, we walked to the center of the city which takes about 40 minutes. Museums of Vienna are spectacular. We would like to make a couple of suggestions: There are only two English speaking TV channels - CNN and BBC. It would be nice to have a movie channel or Discovery, or something else to watch at night, especially during the winter months. It would be also good to have some extra towels. Most enjoyable and easy to access and fully functional

We booked rather last minute, the caretaker was very responsive, and kind. We really enjoyed our stay! & would book here again! The location is near an excellent tube line. And there is a lot of comfy space in the flat. Thank you, Dieter! We'll be back!
