Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum: um die Ecke liegt der Donaukanal mit Badeschiff und verschiedenen netten Lokalen. Alle touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten außer Schönbrunn sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tiefgarage im Haus. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist sauber und umfassend, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen (siehe Fotos). Aufgrund des großen Flurs und vielen Schränken ist ausreichend Platz, auch wenn das zweite Schlafzimmer wirklich winzig ist. Hinweis: - zweites Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad/ WC sind Räume ohne Aussenfenster. - Tiefgarage ist wie angegeben nur für max. 1,90m Höhe geeignet - aber auch nur für max. 5m Länge (wir sind mit 4,97m x 2,08m gut aber nicht großzügig reingekommen).

Empfehlenswert für Wien Urlaub, zudem Garagenstellplatz im Haus. Ebenfalls sicherer Abstellplatz für Fahrräder.

Le logement est très bien situé, le métro Swedenplatz est à 20mètres ainsi que le tram et la station de taxi. La cathédrale est à 12minutes à pied. Propre et calme, avec de nombreux placards, l'appartement est cependant un peu vieillot et mériterait un rafraîchissement.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Wien. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial und der Garagenplatz im Zentrum perfekt. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder:)

Communications were great with the owner and he was there to let us in and answer our questions. The pictures don't do this place justice. It was very roomy and had everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and there was a large entryway that made it feel so roomy. Perfect location for getting around Vienna.

My sister and I had an enjoyable 4 days in Vienna, easy to get around the city from the apartment. You have the hop on hop off bus, city bus and subway just around the corner.

From the moment that we walked into the apartment, we knew that we had chosen the perfect spot for our stay. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see. Also, if you are looking to use any of the public transportation, it is conveniently located to the apartment...short steps away. Wifi was excellent! Neighborhood is pleasant and safe with shopping, dining, and cafés in the immediate area. Peter was the perfect host and we were greeted upon arrival. Definitely will stay again on our next visit to Vienna. Thank you, Peter!!

He responded quickly when we had a minor issue with an appliance. The second bedroom was a little stuffy but a fan made that better. All-in-all it was a comfortable stay.

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Peter qui a pris le temps de nous donner de nombreuses informations pour profiter de Vienne. L'appartement est très bien situé pour découvrir Vienne à pied mais également à 2 pas du métro. Il est lumineux, agréablement agencé, bien équipé et très propre. Notre séjour y a été très agréable.

The apartment is in good location 20minutes walking distance to anything in Vienna. The owner is very nice and explained to all my question. Will stay in this place when I come back to Vienna again

The apartment was great for us. It's a two minute walk to subway station, so getting the luggage there was very easy. We took a trip to the Wachau valley and departure/arrival was a three minute walk from the apartment. All historic attractions are within walking distance. Everything else easily reached by subway. There are supermarkets and restaurants close by. The living room and main bedroom are very large, the apartment itself is very spacious. The two fans worked great in July. Peter was very accommodating, met us early in the day. We had a great stay.

This is a great apartment for 1 couple or a family with 2 children. It will also accomodate two couples, understanding that the second bedroom is small with no window. It is very well equiped, including a washer and drying rack, and has comfortable beds. The central location is less than a 10 minute walk to Stephansdom and the central pedestrian zone. Market, bakery, restaurants, subway (and Italian ice cream!) just steps away. Peter recommended the nearby, traditional 'Griechenbeisl' restaurant (its not Greek despite the name)... it became our favorite as well (reservations a good idea if you want to sit outside). Park your car using the car elevator to the basement garage (SUVs need not apply) and forget it... since parking in Vienna is nearly impossible. Be aware that Vienna can now be hot and humid in the Summer. This apartment building has little flow-through ventilation (all windows are on the wall facing a small, relatively quiet ally), so the fans that Peter provides are absolutely necessary, day and night. This apartment will be our first choice when we return to Prague.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen für vier Tage zu Städtetrip in Wien. Die Wohnung eignet sich durch Lage und Ausstattung super! Garage und Aufzug runden das Gesamtpaket ab. :-)
