Located in Charleston, this lovely condo for £158 per night is a great choice for your next break. Studio Loft (3rd Floor) - Beautiful professionally-decorated loft apartment with private veranda located on Broad Street in Downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Located on the 3rd floor above real estate office. Finishes include heart pine floors, marble surfaces, white-washed brick walls & beams, high definition television & best location in town. 2 bicycles & beach chairs included. Very private. Optional parking ($20 per night) about 2 "city" blocks away, Adults only. No children or babies. No pets. No smoking inside. No smoking cigars on property. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Linens are included. Household items/appliances include coffee maker, microwave, cooktop stove (loft only) disposal, fridge, ice maker (loft only), pop-up toaster, tea kettle, blender, high-definition television, sound machine, hairdryer, iron & small ironing board, dishes, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, beach chairs & beach towels, cooler. Optional parking available in a dedicated space a few blocks away. Can be rented directly through owner after securing reservation. The fee will be included in your final payment. This was a fun, romantic, and unique stay in Charleston! The loft is amazing and has everything you will need for a great getaway. It is on the 3rd floor and the parking is about a 5-6 minute walk, which wasn’t a big deal, but just something to keep in mind. My husband just happened to have a gout flare up during our trip, but he still managed ok. There are balcony rules for the outside space restricting being out there later than 11pm (noise ordinance) and smoking. This didn’t really affect us, but just something to note. The keypad to get in easy to use, just note that it is a shared entrance for the businesses on the 1st two floors, and being on a main street you’ll need to be mindful of locking behind yourself every time entering and exiting the building.
We got to meet Judy on our arrival and she’s a great host! She made us feel very welcome and confident that we could contact her if we needed her.
Very comfortable and elegant place! The bed was very comfortable and the shower is the kind of shower you just want to enjoy as much as possible. There is a coffee maker and a stash of coffee, pods, and cream. The loft was a wonderful home away from home for a couple nights!

It was wonderful. Easy to check-in and the loft had everything we needed for our long weekend getaway. This loft is a fantastic location and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The host was great too. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Was in Charleston for a family wedding and stayed in this adorable and romantic loft. It had everything we needed and we loved everything about it. We used the bikes and loved the outdoor space! I had coffee and read out there in the morning. Location was awesome and walking distance to great restaurants, bars, historical sites and market place. Would definitely stay there again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the studio stay. Every little amenity was thoughtfully provided— yoga mat, beach towels, access to bikes, restaurant suggestions, access to roof top patio, USB charging plugs, good plumbing, hangers, good wifi, tea kettle, etc. The location is perfect right in the center of the old city.

The Loft is incredible. It is in the perfect part of town. Perfect for early morning or late evening walks along the waterfront. Coffee shops and bars are in short walking distance. The back patio is very private and perfect for relaxing. The inside is so cozy and spacious. We will be staying here every year.

This downtown Charlesron loft was perfect for my husband and I. The location was beautiful and right in the historic district and with in walking distance to alot of attractions and restaurants. We would 100% recommend this place!

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend in the loft. The location was great, the room was wonderful, and the deck made it perfect. The host is easy to talk to, and even had wine set up for us on request when we checked in! I have already recommended this place to others, and I will definitely be staying in the future.

We really enjoyed our short stay at the loft on 25 Broad Street. Great location, with shops, restaurants, attractions etc all within a short walking distance. We felt really safe and the extra balcony space was a plus. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very accommodating for our early arrival and late departure.

We loved everything about this place! The decor is so beautiful. They have everything you could possibly think of ready for you. The patio was such a great bonus for us to have happy hour. The location was perfectly close to everything. We will totally be going back!!

This airy romantic loft was the perfect place to stay near everything in Charleston! No hotel would have been better. Very private, clean, every comfort provided. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants, bars, and all the sights! The bed is comfy, the shower is relaxing and has great water pressure. They even had yoga mats in the closet for a good morning stretch! I would recommend to anyone looking for a romantic getaway! It’s absolutely beautiful inside. Great people watching from the chairs by the windows too. We especially liked The Blind Tiger for a late dinner and cocktails in the outdoor area. Eli’s Table was a great brunch spot right around the corner. Their Bloody Mary was the best we’ve ever had. Would stay again!

My daughter is looking to move to Charleston when she graduates college so knowing this loft is available for future visits while getting her settled there is nice!!! Nestled in the French Quarter of Charleston and just steps away from the water is this romantic and cozy loft. Conviently located next to many attractions and great restaurants. A very handy and detailed binder containing information on places to eat and see as well as detailed information on the room was left by owner. We really appreciated the available bikes and other added extras in the room as well as beach chairs, coolers and ice. Overall the place was clean, comfortable, and super cute. Communication with Judi (Kit's assistant) was easy. Would definitely stay again if we found ourselves back in Charleston.

Location is excellent for a walking area, honestly I didn’t think the stairs were bad and I need knee surgery but I would think about what I absolutely needed to carry up and only take what I need. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice, the sink, microwave and free access to bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, laundry room and the back deck was a great addition. It’s just a little mini fridge and I would like a little bigger fridge but a big one really isn’t needed since I imagine all guests would eat out like we did anyway. Parking is the only small drawback but the host does offer a parking pass for a small fee and it’s not too bad, but the street parking is only a charge between 9a-6p so we used both options.
I would definitely recommend this place and the Host for a stay in Charleston. The location can’t be beat and I felt safe.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely property right in downtown Charleston! We were greeted with chilled wine and a special note for a happy honeymoon. The property is in walking distance of pretty much everything we wanted to do-including historical walking tours, great shopping, and incredible restaurants. We also used the bikes and beach chairs which were provided. The unit was perfect for a couple with lots of thoughtful details including books about Charleston and a very helping notebook detailing restaurants and activities with walking times. We hope to come back to Charleston soon and would definitely stay here again. We are missing it already!!

Cozy loft apartment above an art studio in a great downtown location on Broad St. Perfect space for 1 couple. Bikes, beach chairs, laundry, and private balcony were nice perks. We unfortunately locked ourselves out in the middle of the night, and Judy patiently helped us locate a spare over the phone. Would stay again!

What a fabulous get away. So romantic, and even better than the pictures on line. The location was excellent for walking just about anywhere, and there was free parking about a lityle more than a block away. Thank you for a wonderful time.

We couldn't have picked a better location for our first visit to Charleston. The loft is even better than described. Extremely comfortable bed, great bathroom, and, the best part, in our opinion, the private outdoor deck. Great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Kit, Mari, and Judy were very responsive to inquiries. We took advantage of the off street parking offered by our hosts. Great amenity in this part of the city. Some of the best food in Charleston is literally at your doorstep (don't miss the Blind Tiger for lunch and dinner and Ruby Slipper on Bay Street for great breakfasts). And, whatever you do, sign up for a "Two Sisters" walking tour. GREAT introduction to the city. We're looking forward to a return visit to Charleston and the loft.

My boyfriend and I loved every moment of our stay. Adorable, charming interior and PERFECT location. We walked and biked everywhere (no car). The bikes were great for exploring neighborhoods South of Broad. The best restaurants/bars were so close, we never had to venture too far. The private deck was wonderful to have as an option for relaxing outdoors. We were so grateful for such a memorable, special stay on our first trip to Chareston :)

We loved our stay here. Location is ideal for our annual visits to Charleston. The loft apartment is beautifully designed and tastefully decorated- like a TV show set! The private outdoor space is icing on the cake. We will definitely stay here again.
Two notable things to consider: 1) The loft is on the third floor with no elevator. Not good for someone who has issues with stairs or brings lots of heavy luggage. 2) If you come with a car, plan to spend $15-$20 daily for parking for a surface lot or garage several blocks away. We didn’t find any free spaces even along the water in the battery.
