The main home welcomes you with an open floor plan with the family room, dining and kitchen areas. The fully stocked kitchen and dining seating will make family meal times a joy! The first floor also includes a Queen bedroom with a full bath. The second floor features a large master bedroom with a sitting area and full bath as well as a lovely large balcony for your enjoyment. The second upstairs bedroom is exceptionally large and has two sets of bunk beds with its own full private bath. The spacious deck around the private pool features lots of seating areas so the whole family can enjoy pool time. There are gates separating both the main house to the pool and the cabana to the pool so that area is secure. You will truly cherish your time in this wonderful home so close to the beach Additional info: - Small dogs are considered for an additional $225/dog pet fee (30 lbs., max 2). - The pool can be heated from Oct-March for an additional $65+/day with a 48-hour notice. - No smoking and no parties. - Peak season dates require a Saturday to Saturday stay. -Golf Cart be rented at $135/day plus tax )(has to be rented for the entire stay) - LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED. Please bring your own beach towels. ***Families welcome*** Minimum renting age 25 years old. We require one parent for every two persons under the age of 25. Eventually the stay was great!! But the start was very disappointing. The house was still very nasty! The pool was very nasty (food and debris still floating…water visually very nasty). All garbage cans were filled to the top as we entered! Dog poop in driveway. My boys stepped in it. Cigarette butts everywhere around the yard. Grill was nasty! Your staff was responsive and eventually corrected the problems…..but for the money spent I should not have had to make all those calls!

We enjoyed our stay. Can’t beat the location.It’s just a short walk to the beach. Everything shown in the pictures were accurate. The golf cart is not included with the rental. There’s a few stores within walking distance and the grocery is just a short drive away. The management group was easy to communicate with at any hour. We had a few minor things we reported but nothing that impacted our stay. Would definitely book the property again.

Overall me and family enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the heat in the Cabana house did not work . So some of our guest had to leave

We were lucky to get this on short notice when the original place had booked got cancelled on us. This worked out great for us with the cabana, we could have some of the family have their own space. It has a great set up with bathrooms in both upstairs bedrooms. Pool was great for the little kids & saved us from having to bring everything to the beach. The beac was a short distance away. The only downfall is there was a small beach area because there was privates beaches on either side where you enter the beach. It didn’t impact our stay because the pool was a great alternatives

When we arrived we were so pleased to see the house was just like the listing. Great location, within short distance of many tourist areas. The beach was beautiful with white sand that felt like powder under my feet.We all loved our stay! Thanks so much!!

The property itself has great bones, but it needs some major work.
The cleaning staff basically sprayed a bunch of chemicals but it was not a thorough cleaning since we had to re-clean everything.
No outlets in bathrooms work.
Living room furniture is very tired! It’s time to replace.
The kitchen table was missing a chair (the 6th chair is broken in the downstairs bedroom closet)
Pro: Locationis amazing! Upstairs bedrooms and cabana house are great!

This property is perfectly located steps from the beach, grocery, restaurants , etc. The home is beautiful and our grandkids loved the pool. While the home is lovely, the furniture is worn badly with peeling recliner, fabric stains on the dining chairs, family room seating . The furniture badly needs replacement worn and old. The kitchen is not equipped to cook for 9 people with only 2 skillets which were only adequate for omelets. Please be specific and consistent regarding check in times especially when there are enforced and specific check out times.

A great time -but….

This was an amazing property. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The only downfall we encountered was the short walk to the beach turned into a hike as the beach at the end of the street was private so we had to find somewhere else to go And that was horrible. Other than that it was perfect.

Check-in is at 4pm because they said they deep clean all the way to 4pm, sometimes past 4pm. Early check-in was NOT allowed. We arrived at 2pm to drop stuff off and planned to walk the beach until 4. However, no one was there cleaning. When we were allowed to open the door at 4pm, the place was NOT clean. The floors were dirty (you could see pieces of trash on the floor and feel the dirt under your feet), the bedding is well used and stained, the master bedroom did not have any sheets (just a raggedy old top blanket), there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, the pool was filthy (a thick grime covered the top), the grill has never been cleaned (greasy goop hanging all over) and the cabana remote for the TV did not work due to corroded batteries. Disappointed that we had to wait for that deep cleaning service that never showed.

Updates Needed!
We enjoyed our stay especially the closeness to the beach. However, the living room furniture was in need of some updating due to wear and tear along with the kitchen and mattress in one of the rooms.

Destin Family Vacation
The property was clean. It needs to be upgraded in many areas. The beach chairs were worn and not many usable. The grill was in poor condition. There are no lounge chairs at the pool. I was expensive with add on costs. I would recommend going through Ventura instead of VIRBO for savings. We had a great time. Close to the beach. In a good neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped. We stay every summer for a week in Destin.
